Pros: Clean and spacious. Air conditioning in every room. Very close to the main center of entertainment and dining. There is a washing machine so perfect for a loger stay. Very responsive to messages.
Cons: The reception staff was very kind but hardly spoke any English. When we needed assistance, we sorted it through the message via Booking.

Beautiful Santa Maria
Pros: Very good apartment in the centre of Santa Maria. Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Noisy at night due to location surrounded by bars and restaurants but very good sound insulation and air con, so no problem . Roof top swimming pool with good sun loungers.
Cons: All good.

Excellent stay for a relaxing beach holiday
Pros: Big apartment, excellent A/C, incredible location within a few minutes walk from the beach. The host was very attentive and even let us stay past the check-out time, due to our late flight, which was a big help as we travelled with a toddler. Highly recommended.
Cons: Cannot think of anything.

Pros: Perfect apprtment in the city center, close to beach, pier, main street, attractions yet quiet. Better than expected. Hosts respond promptly to any inquries. Airport transfer driver turned out to be great, we travelled places as I needed.

Great apartment with Balcony
Pros: Lovely large apartment with balcony in the centre of Santa Maria. Great hosts allowing us to stay a few hours extra when our flight was delayed. Nice roof top pool.
Cons: The only gripe is there is barely any shade by the roof top pool, just one ripped umbrella. Could do with 3 or 4 umbrellas by the loungers.

Pros: The apartment is just as beautiful as it looked in the pictures. Each room has a balcony, one of which faces the direction of the centre. There is air conditioning in every room and plenty of space for two people. We played 'rock, paper, scissors' for the double room, but to be honest even the twin room was spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and beautifully decorated, so we found comfort straight away. The 24h reception staff were always friendly and the building was lovely and quiet. The building has a lovely pool on the top floor with a fantastic view. It truly is in a brilliant location as it is seconds away from the main street with all the bars and restaurants and just minutes from the beach. The apartment is also very close to cash machines, grocery stores and the taxi ranks.
Cons: I think it would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival as we had a late flight, but to be honest, my stay was perfect so I can't complain!

Amazing holiday with access to authentic local experience
Pros: New, clean, and very comfortable apartment in a middle of the residental area. We were very happy to be in the authentic local environment, and just far enough from the tourist-only area, but still enjoy the leasure and comfort. Private pool on the roof is perfect, and it offers a view to the whole vibrant village. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Beaches are beautiful too.
Cons: It is in a relatively dark street and can seem intimidating if you arrive in the evening, but very soon we met the locals who are very friendly and figured out there is no reason to feel unsafe.

Pros: This is a brand new apartment in the heart of Santa Maria. It is even bigger than the photos and (I wasn’t aware) has 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen comes with all amenities and the beds have really comfy mattresses. it has 24h security and has a relaxing swimming pool if you are done with the beach. Everything you need is close by. Would def recommend staying here!
Cons: Nothing, but be aware that the curtains do not black out the light completely so bring an eye mask if necessary.
