Pros: The location is perfect just a few meters from Praia de Rocha. The apartment is also very well decorated and is very spacious, with a great balcony also.

Cons: Mr. Agostinho the local caretaker was very nice, but a bit difficult at the first contact with the lady who answered the number provided in the app.

Pros: Apto mto confortável e limpo, com todas as comodidades, perto da praia e excelente vista. Rua tranquila. O sr. Agostinho foi mto solicito acolheu- nos bem e ajudou com várias dicas para aproveitar a ilha.

bon rapport qualité prix.

Pros: L’emplacement à 3 min à pied de la plage principale et du centre ville , appartement spacieux avec 2 terrasses dont une vue mer, et 2 sdb. La souplesse sur l’heure d’arrivée car nous sommes arrivés tôt par le bateau et nous avons pu avoir l’appartement de suite, literie ok. Rapport qualité prix assez bon.

Cons: Cuisine sale (frigo et micro onde non nettoyés avec reste de boissons dans le frigo) et équipements annoncés non présents (pas de lave vaisselle, lave linge dehors non raccordé à une arrivée d’eau, fer à repasser ne fonctionne pas). Barbecue sur la photo non présent. Néanmoins nous recommandons cet appartement car il est agréable et bon rapport qualité prix.
