Pros: Best price-quality. Clean and safe. Silent even on weekends, despite being 200 mtfrom main music bars and attractions in Plateau.Mr Manuel the host is kind, welcomy and available. He runs the pet shop opposite the pensao. Highly recommended overall

Pros: Everything was great. We needed a place just for a few hours of sleep before returning home. The owner welcomed us late at night and personally drove us to the airport in the morning. The hotel is in a great location, clean, and very well connected. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Praia right in the center. Comfortable, clean with everything you need

Pros: Perfect place to stay in Praia, clean, comfortable and new! The host, Manuel is extremely helpful and he made sure that I had everything I need! The apartment is thoughtfully equipped and tastefully decorated, and has a small kitchen that is perfect to prepare some basic dish or a coffee/tea for yourself. Not even mention that the location is great - with a lots of cafes, restaurants and shops close by.

Fijne en behulpzame communicatie met de eigenaar

Pros: Wij hebben deze kamer geboekt omdat we midden in de nacht onze vlucht naar huis hadden. Het was erg fijn dat we een plek in Praia hadden (we kwamen van Tarrafal) waar we deze laatste dag even konden bijkomen en onze koffers konden stallen. Het was ook erg fijn dat we hulp kregen van de eigenaar om een taxi te boeken naar de luchthaven. Het inchecken gebeurde door de broer van de eigenaar en deze was ook erg vriendelijk. Bedankt voor de snelle reacties van de eigenaar als we vragen hadden.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war neu und wir waren sehr spontan bei unsere Buchung. Die Kommunikation lief super gut und wir konnten schnell und problemlos einchecken. Unser Zimmer war wirklich gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren komplett zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! Wirklich super.

Appartement agréable , propre, central , Manuel , l hôte est charmant et très réactif…. A recommander les yeux fermés…

Pros: Son emplacement central tout près de la boulangerie, tres propre, l accueil…

Cons: Légèrement bruyant , nous avions la chambre donnant sur la rue…. Les 2 autres chambres sont sûrement calmes car elles donnent sur la petite rue..

Séjour mémorable, Sol,Terra y mar, je veux revenir vous visiter.

Pros: La qualité, les draps étaient d’une qualité remarquable, la chambre bien décoré avec des meubles et rideaux de qualité, la cuisine super bien équipée, et l’accueil de Manuel, qui a aussi eu la super gentillesse de nous conduire à la station d’aligner pour Tarrafal, Manuel un vrai gentleman.

Cons: L’entrée est plutôt non accueillante, il faut passer outre et monter immédiatement à l’étage.
