Pros: Loved the adults only. The roof top pool, terrace for breakfast and sun lounges.

Lovely spot very private suite

Pros: The room the staffs they were friendly and nice special the boys at roof top. At the town, 1 minute to the pendonal , 5 minutes to the beach very centred.

Cons: They cleaned the room took the towel but they didn’t replace it. Not to many choice for breakfast. Last day they didn’t had eggs to make omelets or another type of bread.

Clean comfortable room close to everyting we wanted in Santa Maria.

Pros: Large room with a comfortable bed. Good balcony. Large shower room. Excellent location close to many restaurants and bars. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons: Breakfast was adequate, improved as the week went on but not a great deal of choice. The television was a bit hit and miss; couldn't get Netflix and Prime kept dropping out and returning to the Netflix sign in page. Not a major problem as we didn't want to sit in the room all day watching TV but we did have the odd quiet day.

We loved our stay at this hotel and am sure it would score 10 if the bar was fully operational

Pros: Loved the location, the hotel and the room. We especially liked the roof -top bar and lounge area which was also where breakfast was served. I agree with most people that breakfast was good as long as you like continental but we asked if there were eggs, after being served them on two occasions but we were told no eggs. I had read a review making the same comment ass this about breakfast and eggs, and the hotel replied and politely said that you needed only to request eggs? Confused? a bit!! The rooms were cleaned upon request and towels and bed linen changed. It was also very nice to have the use of a beach/pool towel and a cotton robe for after showering. The staff were very polite, especially Susanne and Sabrina, so thank you to them.

Cons: There was not much at all to not like. The small plunge pool was a lovely touch as long as you don't mind sharing it with pigeons taking a drink from the water, really not a criticism of the hotel. The bug-bear was the bar. It was only randomly that you could find someone behind it and be served a drink. This to us was disappointing as we would have loved to spend leisurely time their relaxing on the sun loungers or playing cards at the tables set out there when instead we had to go out each day to find a place to sit and enjoy a drink. I would have thought the hotel would want to keep people there thus increasing the profits?

Weather, beaches and sea were delightful.

Pros: The location of the hotel is fabulous. The room was fantastic. WIFI was 100% the whole time. Cleanliness could not be faulted. Everyday cleaned by house cleaner. Security is great. Didn’t use tv which was a good size, too complicated for connection. Overall, worth the money.

Cons: Rooftop garden has no management. Breakfast was random, no staff to pour drinks in the afternoon. No staff at night not even for New Year’s Eve. We had to spend our whole time out of the hotel which worked out expensive. Santa Maria is UK prices for dining and drinking by locals who live in Shanties! I understand everything on SAL is imported but still costly.

Good town location and a comfortable stay

Pros: Comfortable and nicely designed room. Good roof terrace with plunge pool. Decent breakfast and nice staff, especially Ken on the roof terrace. Location is in the centre of town (not beach though that’s only 5 mins walk) which suits me.

Cons: Arrival is rather underwhelming; there is no reception as such and it’s like arriving at an office building. There was a lady working alongside Ken on the terrace who was watching stuff on her phone with the volume on full blast or doing video calls with friends, again at full blast - glared at me when I asked for some peace! Was tempted to mark my score down because of her, but didn’t as overall it was an excellent stay.

A nice hotel with good decor, central location and lovely staff

Pros: The location was good, right in town but not noisy The pool was good too although we didn’t really use it as the beach was so close

Cons: The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the electric power point was loose in the wall

Comfy stay centrally located

Pros: Big comfy bed. Shower with good pressure and hot water. Clean. Balcony.smart TV. Good internet. Centrally located.

Cons: Limited options for breakfast. Street can be noisy at night.

Lovely boutique hotel.

Pros: Property was very central to everything, the rooms were huge compared to a normal hotel rooms and the staff were lovely.

Cons: The breakfast is questionable, I was given some eggs on day 1 and then never again for the remainder of my stay. It’s just a continental for one at your table. The roof top space is small it would be a squeeze if there were more than a couple of guests up there luckily I was the only guest for a few days but I mostly spent time at the beach anyway.
