Best value in town!!

Pros: The staff were ultra helpful and friendly, and we were so grateful to them for holding a room for us while we waited for a flight out. The room was spotless, beds were very comfy and the location was v central. Great to have breakfast on the upstairs terrace.

Cons: Nothing really. Breakfast could have been more extensive but it was absolutely fine.

Great staff and breakfast for accomodation in the entertainment center of town

Pros: Great breakfast, very friendly staff, they helped arranging transportation from the airport during the night

Cons: The jotel is situated in the entertainment and restaurant center of Santa Maria so the noise or sound of life is accordingly

Pros: The receptionists during the day and night were very helpful and spoke in English. Lamine who was working in the night was kind enough to wake me up so I didn’t have to miss my flight. There’s always someone at the reception so that makes it safe. Definitely recommended

Beautiful authentic hotel in the heart of Santa Maria

Pros: Loved the location, right in the middle of Santa Maria. The sound proofing on the balcony doors was a bonus although the music stopped by midnight. The breakfast and views from the terrace were both fantastic. And the staff were really friendly. Super stay. Can highly recommend.

Cons: The mattresses could perhaps do with upgrading.

Pros: The staff are so very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and eaten on the balcony restaurant. It was a lovely experience.

Cons: It can be a little noisy at night, with the street sounds of people enjoying their evening.

Particularly Lusiette who made me feel so welcome on my first night, Lisandro for going above and beyond to help me and the very kind woman from the Netherlands whose name I didn’t catch. The hotel is in a great location, it’s a beautiful building and very clean and comfortable
