Good value for money — the excellent location and outstanding host easily make up for the minor draw
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. There is also a great supermarket nearby, which made daily shopping very easy. The swimming pool is nice and well maintained. A special thank you to the host — absolutely wonderful! Always helpful, supportive, and quick to respond. He gave great recommendations and assisted us with everything we needed. Everything was smooth, and we had zero issues during communication. Please note that payment is made via a link — just something to be aware of when booking.
Cons: The sofa bed was not very comfortable for sleeping. Our children slept on it, and the mattress is quite thin — you can feel the metal bars underneath. Because of that, the apartment is optimal for 4 people. Five is manageable, but six would already be uncomfortable unless a better mattress or mattress topper is added. Another point is the pool security rules. You must wear a wristband to access the pool area. Even if you show the apartment key, entry is not allowed without the bracelet. The security guard strictly enforces this rule and asks people to leave if they are not wearing it. There were situations when many people were asked to leave the pool area for this reason. The host provides the wristbands immediately, but guests should be careful not to forget or remove them. Overall, we had a very good stay.

Pros: Apartment is really spacious, has two bedrooms and bright living room with kicthen. You can buy a fresh fish in the pier nearby and cook at home. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary. There is a fresh pool just outside of the apartment and its not noisy. Center of Santa Maria is 10.min walk where you can have all restaurants and bars. Host Joao is very caring and friendly.

Pros: Anfitrião muito atento e prestável. Localização muito boa. Piscina grande e com espreguiçadeiras top.
Cons: Sentimos falta do ar condicionado. Apesar da casa ter ventoinhas de teto, sentimos muito calor durante a noite.

Pros: Apartamento muito bem localizado, dá para fazer tudo a pé, demora-se 10 min. Até ao mar e 15 min. Até ao centro de santa maria. A piscina é ótima para relaxar a meio do dia nos momentos de mais calor ou ao fim do dia no regresso da praia. Excelente comunicação com o João Rosa, sempre pronto a ajudar e a resolver qualquer questão.
Cons: Aconselho levar repelente, a casa está protegida com rede nas janelas mas na rua sem repelente é desagradável.

Deux journées très agréables dans Tropical resort
Pros: Les petites attentions (biscuits, café, eau dans le frigo), la piscine et son accès direct depuis l’appartement. Le calme de la résidence est appréciable, loin de l’agitation du centre de Santa Maria. La disponibilité du personnel et sa réactivité, même si check in et check out se sont faits en toute autonomie.
Cons: RAS. Il manque juste un étendage pour faire sécher le linge 😉.

Leuke gezinsvakantie in mooi appartement met zwembad!
Pros: Het appartement heeft een gunstige ligging ten opzichte van het centrum en biedt toch veel rust. Het appartement biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. João is een zeer vriendelijke gastheer en was zeer behulpzaam. Hij gaf ons tips om het eiland te verkennen en we zijn zelfs mee geweest op de catamaran. Het appartement heeft ook een leuk zwembad, waar de kinderen zich heerlijk hebben vermaakt. Samengevat was ons verblijf zeer aangenaam en zeker aan te raden!
Cons: Eigenlijk was alles perfect. Een klein verbeterpuntje is de ventilator aan het plafond: die maakt wat herrie maar verder geen last van gehad.

Buen apartamento. Recomendable
Pros: Apartamento muy bien equipado. Limpieza. Tranquilidad. A pie de piscina. Piscina no muy concurrida. Mosquiteras en puerta y ventanas. Temperatura agradable por corriente de aire.
Cons: No es un apartamento nuevo pero está bien cuidado y equipado. Muy recomendable. Hay que caminar unos 15 minutos para llegar al centro de Santa María pero eso garantiza la tranquilidad.

Excelente escolha
Pros: Casa muito boa, espaçosa, limpa e ideal para férias. Excelente experiência. Casa está bem mobilada com tudo o que é necessário na cozinha. Tem TV, WiFi e uma vista maravilhosa para a piscina e acesso direto sem escadas. Excelente localização, perto da praia e de S Maria a pé, mas longe da confusão e barulho noturno . Resort com segurança.
Cons: Estava um pouco de vento.
