Best apartment in Mindelo, i truly recommend it!

Pros: Very modern apartment in the city and near to the most beautiful beach of Mindelo. The owner is super nice and very fast responding.

Pros: A localização é fantástica. O edifício está situado a poucos metros da praia da Laginha, mas o acesso pedonal não é fácil devido à grande escadaria de acesso ao complexo Multiuso Copacabana.

Cons: Nos quartos não existe um candeeiro de mesa de cabeceira. A cozinha está mal equipada e os utensílios estão em mau estado. A varanda não é agradável pois nem uma mesinha e duas cadeiras tem, para beber um café.

Cons: Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage und bei 25 Grad tagsüber und auch nachts in den Zimmern, nur mit weit geöffneten Fenstern erträglich. Leider ist der versprochene Meerblick nicht wirklich vorhanden, da das Gebäude in 2. Reihe steht. Die Sicht wird durch 2 Hochhäuser verdeckt, wobei ein kleiner Spalt Meerblick bleibt. Vom Balkon schaut man eigentlich nur auf die beiden Hochhäuser.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé et idéalement situé

Pros: Grand appartement de 3 belles chambres dont une avec sdb indépendante . Emplacement idéal juste en face de la plage, même s’il faut avoir de bonnes jambes pour monter les escaliers pour accéder au bâtiment .

Pros: Localização excelente. Em frente à praia da Laginha.

Cons: Acessos apenas por escadas até à zona de patamar de acesso ao edifício. Não aconselhado para quem tem mobilidade reduzida.

Pros: El apartamento es cómodo y, sobre todo, muy bien localizado, al lado de la playa Laginha. Kelly, la chica que nos recibió, es muy agradable y estuvo pendiente en todo momento. Además, nos dio todas las facilidades para hacer el check-in. Gracias a su ayuda todo salió muy bien y estuvimos muy cómodas.

Appartement qui a contribué à ce que nous passions un super séjour.

Pros: Emplacement très proche d'une belle plage, et le centre ville est accessible facilement à pied. Logement très beau, propre et très bien agencé. Accueil et échange parfait et facile. Je recommande cette location. Très bon rapport qualité / prix.

Cons: Manque sèche cheveux et produit d'hygiène ( savon, shampoing) mais rien de très important en comparaison à la prestation et au tarif.
