Pros: Good location, nice view, perfect wellness in the house. Big like !!

Cons: The windows don't leak. The holes in the wall for the windows are bigger than the windows. But that's not the owner's fault. It's actually quite funny.

Nice and clean apartment. Perfect for a big family.

Pros: Very big and nice apartment. Just as seen in the pictures. Everything is new and well maintened. Also a big plus is that you have a small supermarket next to the entrance, and also a nice spot to have some breakfast and lunch. It's also pretty easy to walk to the city center of Mindelo. It's like a 15 min walk. Even at night we felt safe. Taxi is like 5 minutes and it never took that long to get one. Also the people in Cabo Verde are really friendly and helpfull.

Cons: Not really anything big. I did miss like a vacuum cleaner in the house, but maybe we vacuum more than the average person. When we asked for one, they brought it pretty fast. So overall good service. Also; in the terms it says you have to pay in cash. I missed this. Getting bigger amounts of cash is pretty hard to get on the island.

Pros: logement bien situé, propre et moderne. Conforme à la description. Réception 24h/24, très flexible pour obtenir les clefs. Superette au pied de l'immeuble. La visite du centre ou l'accès à la plage se font facilement à pied (10min).

Cons: quelques coupures d'électricité, mais fréquent à mindelo lors du carnaval apriori...

Pros: Le logement est très confortable, les équipements de qualité et des produirs d’hygiène rituals tres appreciables. Une literie très confortable belle decoration et une vue superbe sur la ville

Cons: Un peu éloigné du centre ville mais c’est faisable a pied en 15-20 mns

Pros: Apartamento muito grande e espaçoso. Vista muito boa !

Cons: Junto a um quartel do exército, o que fazia que ouvíssemos barulho daí proveniente. As janelas não vedam muito bem o som.

Mooi ruim appartement in Mindelo

Pros: Heel ruim, heerlijke bedden en goede airco. Goed geholpen ook door de eigenaar met taxi, tour en het kopen van de tickets. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen als we nog een keer in Mindelo zouden verblijven. Centrum en strand op loopafstand

Pros: Une vue superbe sur mindelo, un supermarché littéralement collé à l’appartement, ainsi qu’un bancomat. À 15 minutes à pieds du centre et 5m de la plage de Laginha. Que demander de plus :)
