Pros: The apartment was amazing, very spacious and modern and with everything we needed and more. We loved the pool and playground for the kids and easy access to it, also there’s a supermarket just below. Very friendly and always helpful communication by the owner. 24/7 reception of building. Easy to walk to Laginha beach and into town. In the evening we took taxis back which are only a EUR2 flat rate in Mindelo, but this was mainly to the kids being too tired to walk after dinner. We’d love to come back anytime, thank you very much for everything.

Pros: Lovely great and clean appartment nearby the beach, supermarket and walking distance to the old centre. Nice swimming pool, good beds and shower. Good place to stay in Mindelo.

Pros: O espaço é muito confortável e a localização, apesar de um pouco mais longe do centro, também é muito boa: perto de alguns restaurantes e mesmo ao lado de um supermercado. A 15 minutos a pé da praia Laginha. A piscina tem uma excelente exposição solar à tarde!

Pros: Appartement incroyable ! Spacieux propre accès direct a la piscine ! Tout les Équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour !

Cons: Si on cherche la petite bête, c'est légèrement excentré du centre mais pour autant totalement faisable a pied !

Logement parfait en centre ville

Pros: Vaste appartement fonctionnel et très bien entretenu situé à 10 min à pied de la belle plage de Laginha. Cuisine très bien équipée pour faire à manger si besoin, avec petit balcon attenant. Logement au même niveau que la piscine, ce qui permet d’y accéder facilement. Petite épicerie (ouverte jusqu’à 21h) et ATM en bas de l’immeuble. Bref, une adresse parfaite pour séjourner quelques jours à Mindelo, non loin de la plage, de la gare maritime et du centre.

Pros: A localização é boa: suficientemente próxima da praia da Laginha e do centro da cidade. No entanto, a ida a restaurantes no centro, se feita a pé, torna-se um bom exercício de caminhada.

Cons: Barulho noturno, não chega para impedir o sono mas... durante a noite o vento faz com que os ramos de uma árvore batam no telhado de zinco do edifício vizinho. Poderia ser facilmente resolvido... Também há barulhos de máquinas que não soubemos determinar, geradores de eletricidade ou ar-condicionados talvez?
