Pros: The rating started at 9 plus went down to 1 and recovered to 8. Starting with the positive. The best quality apartment and value for money we had in 2 weeks Cabo Verde. Modern apartment with a pool (rather cold in winter), a great view and a supermarket around the corner. Old town and beach are 15 minutes walking. Very helpful staff not only to get the apartment but also to organize restaurants. So normally a clear 9, but

Cons: when I wanted to pay the maschine showed an error after the PIN was accepted. I stated that most likely the payment wa made. I was more or less forced to pay cash in addition because it was claimed that there was no payment made because of the error. 2 days later I saw that I was right and I even paid twice per card and in addition in cash. At that moment it was 1. Fortunatley we came back to the island and i got all the money back with a big apologie. If you pay cash I can recommend the apartment, otherwise dont as long as it is not 100% waterproofed that the card machine works.

Top apartment in great location

Pros: Great communication from Andy, who helped organise a taxi from the airport and met us at the property. The apartment has amazing views over the city and the sea, it was very spacious and luxurious. Location was great, in a quiet yet still walkable area close to nice restaurants and the city beach. We loved watching the sunset from the terrace.

Pros: Wunderschönes Appartement mit toller Ausstattung und schöner Aussicht. Großräumig und schön eingerichtet. Einfache Kontaktaufnahme. Lage etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt aber über einen kleinen Spaziergang fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Visita de un día a Mindelo.

Pros: Nos encantó la amplitud y limpieza del alojamiento. Es tal y como se ve en la fotos. También destacaría las facilidades de Andy para hacer el check-in.

Cons: Todo estuvo muy bien. Por poner alguna pega la presión de la ducha era un poco baja pero nada preocupante.

Pros: La qualité du logement et des équipements. Le fait d’avoir des produits ménagers. L’accueil et le suivi pendant tout le séjour. La flexibilité du personnel. Nous avons des soucis deau mais cela a été résolu très rapidement. Petit supermarché et distributeur en bas de l’immeuble très pratique.

Pros: Het appartement was geweldig, groot en luxe. We hebben ook genoten van het zwembad. Het personeel was super. Als er iets was, kreeg je steeds snel antwoord op een appje. Ze regelden alles goed, bijvoorbeeld geld wisselen tegen een goede koers. Toen mijn dochter na vertrek haar trui vergeten was, kregen we meteen een appje en bewaarden ze hem tot we hem konden komen ophalen.

Cons: De beperkingen na de stormschade, maar dat was overmacht.
