A nice and well equipped apartment, bur some practical problems that were not fixed.

Pros: A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job.

Cons: As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

Pros: A localização é excelente, com vista para a praia da Laginha. Ap muito bem arrumado, muito confortável.

Pros: Super emplacement, appartement spacieux, silencieux et propre

Cons: La pression de la douche très très faible surtout que l’on paie l’eau à la fin du séjour. Et l’organisation pour récupérer et déposer les clés

Für mich perfekt da ich 5 Tage vor Ort war und nicht immer ins Restaurant gehen wollte

Pros: Es war alles bestens , tolle Lage und super freundliche Vermieterin. WLAN ging erst nicht und das Problem wurde sofort behoben.

Pros: Perto da Praia. Vista muito bonita no cimo das escadas. Casa grande, arrumada.

Cons: Temos de pagar à parte água e luz. Não tem acesso para o prédio de elevador, só escadas o que é difícil com as malas de viagem.
