great neat, nicely decorated apartment with a beautiful roof terrace

Pros: very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. amazing roof terrace for sunsets.

Cons: the location is good but since it is slightly off the most touristy part, it might feel a bit unsafe at night

Empfehlenswertes Appartment mit toller Ausstattung

Pros: Perfekt und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattetes Appartement in der 1. Etage eines neu gebauten (oder renovierten) Hauses, Es fehlte nichts. Sehr netter Empfang durch Fatima, die für Fragen gerne und flexibel zur Verfügung steht und auch hilft. Gute Nähe zu Altstadt und dem afrikanischen Markt. Eigener Balkon, dazu tolle Dachterrasse (gemeinschaftlich nutzbar) mit traumhaftem Rundumblick über Mindelo und Hafen.

Cons: Liegt in einer aktuell eher unattraktiven Straße, da zur Zeit mit 3 Bausstellen, davon eine gegenüber. Nachts Taxi empfohlen.

Cons: Le voisinage était plutôt bruyant à cause de travaux dans les maisons aux alentours.

Heerlijk.

Pros: Mooie studio. Goed verzorgd. Lekker in centrum Mindelo. Rustige straat. Volksbuurtje, maar voelde niet onveilig. Mooi dakterras met uitzicht op jachthaven. Fijn terras met stoeltjes en tafeltje op kamer zelf.

Cons: Bouwwerkzaamheden aan overzijde. Maar niet echt storend.
