Apartamento Las Rochas

Pros: Elisa is a great host! She always helped in what needed. The place is near the center, 10 minutes and 2€ in táxi. Finding taxis is not a problem. There’s reception until 00h00. There is a supermarket inside the building until 20h00

Lovely apartment. Easy reach of everything we wanted. Great hosts.

Pros: The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Pool was gorgeous. Staff were lovely and Eliza was brilliant as flight was delayed and we were much later then planned.

Excellent value and location, Elisa was superb.

Pros: Fantastic views overlooking the bay, we watched ospreys fishing every day and a turtle swimming in front of the property. Quiet and not far from Mindelo centre for something to eat or catching the ferry to Santo Antao. Spacious with everything you need. Elisa who manages the property was fantastic, solved any minor issues and sorted anything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable.

Absolutley Perfect!

Pros: We can only recommend Las Rochas Apartment! We initially booked for 5 nights but ended up staying even longer because we liked it so much. The apartment is clean, very spacious, has its own big balcony, kitchen, TV, dining area, hot water for shower and in the same buidling is a mini market which is very convenient. The owner, Elisa, welcomes you with a big smile and very good organization, everything will be explained by her and if you ever have questions during your stay, she is always available on WhatsApp. The location is just perfect for everyone who doesn't need the city life as it's fairly quiet too. Elisa made our stay in Sao Vicente so much easier because of her hospitality and if we come back, we would always stay with her again!

Pros: Very nice comfortable apartment with a great view. Everything we need was there. There is a handy supermarket just downstairs. Elisa and Marzia have been very helpful hosts

Pleasant for a rest but a bit far out to be a base for exploring.

Pros: The apartment was modern and well equipped. Hosts were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The view was great. The pool was larger than expected and very nice. There is a shop on the ground floor of the building which stocks most basics and, essentially, water.

Cons: There was no wifi in the apartment only in the reception area. Hosts were extremely helpful and provided a local SIM card which I could use as a hotspot and that worked well. The location is quite isolated and a little way out of Mindelo. There is no public transport but it´s easy and quite cheap to call a taxi into Mindelo.

Pros: Elisa was very helpful with arranging a taxi from the airport, waiting for us at 8pm, etc. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for the night we spent there.

Cons: Maybe not what we disliked but what can be improved- having a wifi signal amplifier in the apartment.
