A good stay in ponta do sol !

Pros: The owner let us stay longer on checkout day so we can go hiking.

Cons: The location is wrong on booking and google so very hard to find

Pros: Very nice hostel with great view of the ocean. And right next to center of town and collectivo pick up point. Super clean and everything is new and well maintained. Cleaning comes everyday and contact with hostess was quick and service super good. I would definately recommend this place. :) tip: go to local soccer match on saturdays in ponta del sol.

Pros: Gostei de ficar aqui porque aluguei o quarto mas tenho a casa inteira à disposição, com cozinha e sala. Fica em frente ao mar e bem localizada perto da praça principal. Muito sossegada, limpa e a Eliane, a responsável, é muito prestável. Recomendo!

Pros: Appartement face à la mer, calme (hors le bruit de la mer) Bien situé, propre. Bon rapport qualité/prix

Cons: L'entrée-salon n avait ni table ni fauteuils, Un 2 places et 2 chaises.( très succinct) Des éléments de cuisine manquaient.

Pros: L’amabilité du personnel, la possibilité de cuisiner, la proximité du centre et du port; les départs de randonnées.

Cons: L’environnement des travaux d’aménagement : poussière et bruit;

Wonderful apartment in Ponta do Sol with everything you need!

Pros: This apartment is really nice, and the hosts are so kind and helpful. They kept it extremely clean, and I was so comfortable here for five nights. The wifi worked better than in most places in Santo Antao, and it was less than five minutes' walk from the apartment to a grocery store and the shared minivans to go to other parts of the island. I would absolutely stay here again! The kitchen has everything you need, and the shower is terrific.

Cons: This won't last forever, but right now there is construction going on directly outside the apartment, so during the daytime it can be really loud when they're running heavy equipment. And there was a miscommunication where the booking.com listing had a washing machine as an amenity, but the host's expectation was that she do my laundry for me for a 4-euro charge. She did let me do my own laundry in the end, but double-check this if the washing machine is important to you.
