Holiday Properties Tres Caravelas

Pros: Great apartment with everything you need. In a quiet location which I enjoyed but close enough to all other areas for food, drinks and entertainment. I found it great quality and priced well.

Peaceful location with sea view

Pros: The studio had everything you need and is in a quiet location. There are 2 small supermarkets 5 mins away and 5 minutes to the beach. The balcony faces the sea and has the sun all day.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the apartment has a very nice location, close to everything - beach, restaurants, cafes, beach gym. There was no ac but it wasn’t needed because of the light breeze always present on the island 🥹 the host Alba was super nice! She even arranged transport from the airport and tour of the island for a great price and value! She helped us with everything, sending kisses to Alba ❤️🫶🏼

Cons: There was no mosquito net :( I got eaten by mosquitoes, on the other hand my fiancé didn’t get bitten at all 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

Comfortable apartment in Santa Maria

Value for money

Pros: Alba was quick to come to solve a problem with the room, even considering it was late evening. It was a good chance to get tips about the area/restaurants. Most important: the place was really quite during night hours, providing an excellent sleep and resting. The taxi driver, working in collaboration with the apartment, handled me the keys (since I arrived after the check-in hours) and accompanied me up to the apartment's door.

Pros: The whole apartment was very clean. The King size bed was firm and VERY comfortable. The bathroom was large and very well fitted it even had a Bidet ! The Shower was SUPERB water pressure BRILLIANT. the bedroom had Loads of cupboards and wardrobe. plenty of room for all your clothes. Nothing was broken everything worked well. Brilliant brand new Fridge freezer.. made ice quickely. The small kettle boiled very fast. Plenty of gas in the bottle for cooking. Nice balcony with a sea view. The host Alba was amazing.. very friendly and she spoke perfect English. The rooms are near to nice Beach Bars.

Cons: Nothing to dislike !! It would have been nice to have a microwave and a SOFA. But I just used the bed as my sofa... back to Good things now !! The Location is perfect.. just a 5 minute walk to some really cool Beach bars and just a 10 minute walk into the centre of town... Spotlessly clean.. Thank you again, & Obrigado Alba ! I will definately come again.

Pros: L’emplacement isolé du centre mais pas trop non plus , Alba était super réactive et arrangeante , la terrasse super

Pros: Vriendelijke en behulpzame ontvangst door Alba. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een goed verblijf.

Cons: De straat waaraan het appartement ligt, is niet geplaveid en dat ziet er onverzorgd uit.

Pros: El sitio era muy tranquilo, iba buscando tranquilidad y acerté , tiene cerca una playa salvaje , donde andas y andas y no te encuentras a nadie , si caminas en la otra dirección va a dar a la playa de Santa María q por supuesto es más concurrida.
