Wonderful host, great location, lovely view

Pros: The host, the view, the location and the cleanliness were top notch.Iolanda and her husband were kind enough to not only drive us down to the village (which is a 10min walk) to get some groceries, they also drove our groceries back and dropped them off in the flat so that we could enjoy the evening in the village.

Pros: Amazing definitely recommend really lovely hosts and a very nice place! Definitely stay here if you are in Ponta do Sol.

Cozy, quiet home

Pros: We loved the view and the facilities. Iolanda and Emile were super helpful, made our stay very special. The WiFi is amazing, we’ve managed to work from there with no connection issues. Very quiet at night.

Cons: It’s up the hill from the centre, which was fine for us as we love a challenge. After a long hike, the legs do hurt 🤪

Pros: The owners very helpful and they even took us in their car down to the village to eat and buy groceries and than pick us up. The apt has perfect kitchen and everything you need incl iron and board.. And the view is marvelous ✨️ The location is simply superb.

Cons: Our French and Portuguese limited so we have to manage with Google translate which we managed very well..

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Iolanda et Emile. Nous avons discuté ensemble autour d'un apéritif où Iolanda nous a fait découvrir son punch. Ils nous ont donné de bons conseils et Emile nous a conduit à plusieurs reprises au village. Une belle rencontre !

Unerwartet gut eingerichtet und sauber.

Pros: Nous avons passé 2 nuits très agréables dans le logement d’Émile et Iolanda ! La vue est merveilleuse, on surplombe toute la ville. L’appartement est bien équipé, confortable et calme. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Émile et Iolanda ont été d’une hospitalité exceptionnelle ! Emile nous a fait faire un tour de la ville en voiture pour nous présenter les lieux sympas et les bons restaurants (que nous avons testés et nous confirmons que c’était délicieux ! 😉). Nous avons été également invités chez eux pour l’apéro (Ponche de mel !) et c’était à chaque fois un très bon moment ! Emile nous a enfin raccompagné en voiture jusque à la station d’aluger en centre ville. L’appartement est un peu excentré (comme dit dans d’autres commentaires) mais c’est tout à fait accessible à pied (nous avions notre fille de 3 ans et ça n’a posé aucun problème) et la vue et le calme valent largement l’ascension !! Bref le séjour était parfait, rien à redire ! Merci pour tout et on espère revenir !!
