Accommodation with a view in Porto Novo.

Pros: The accommodation is large and comfortable. There is a well-equipped shared kitchen and a terrace with a view.

Cons: There were some minor inconveniences regarding payment and inaccurate calculations from Booking - everything was eventually explained. The bathroom doesn't close well and is not very soundproof.

Pros: Everything was perfect, I was only there for 1 night but it was the perfect place to relax peacefully, and the hosts were so nice and welcoming. This apartment has everything one could need and feels very homey.

Really nice place to stay in Porto Novo

Pros: Amazing place to stay in Porto Novo. The owners, a lovely couple, made sure that we had and amazing stay and we did. It also has a nice rooftop where you can cook.

Cons: All what is expexted in my opinion.

Pros: It was a very nice stay chez Flor ! Very welcoming and functional. Flor and her husband are very kind. The house is very well equipped. The room was very clean and spacious. I recommend it ! They also recommend us a private taxi to go in the ponta del sol. It was perfect for our first step in Santo Antao.

Pros: The apartment was lovely & had every facility including an upstairs kitchen & roof terrace. Super comfortable bed & lots of space.

A charming place to stay

Pros: A charming place with very kind and helpful host. Definitely recommend.

Cons: Walkable distance though it could be a bit challenging to walk there (due to the cobblestone street) if you have a carrier rather than a backpack. I had a carrier and would stay at Chez Flor again though.

Amazing Place, loved it.

Pros: You will certainly not be disappointed if you stay here. Seriously, do it. From the hosts to the decor to the atmosphere to the facilities and the rooftop kitchen and breakfast area it's amazing. The hosts are lovely, and located just across the road from the guest house in case you need assistance with anything. A 2 minute walk from the main high street where you have all the shops and cafes and restaurants.

Cons: Don't have any criticisms but just as a location guide for fellow travellers you can walk there by walking all the way down the seafront from the ferry port until you come to the end of where you can walk (you will see a little patch of concrete in front of a maroon building). Then turn right and walk uphill for about 3 minutes until you see the rear of a purple building rising up from one of the streets in front of you to the left hand side. Turn into this street and the guest house is the yellow/green building opposite the purple one. It's a 20-30 minute walk from the port, or you can get a taxi.
