Spacious and well equipped apartment

Pros: Very spacious appartment on the ground floor. Well equipped kitchen, large living room with couches and a small table, a big TV and a dining table, 2 bedrooms, one with an internal bathroom with a toilet and bathtub and one extra bathroom with a toilet and a shower. There is also a patio with some lines you can use to dry laundry.

Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor in a building that is still under construction. Two more floors and a terrace are being constructed. The owner said there will be no activities while the appartment is being rented out and this indeed was true. But, you can't leave your child alone in the hallway, as the access to the upper floors is wide open. The stairs have no railings and the terrace on the top floor doesn't have walls/railings all around, so you could easily fall down the building! The apartment is listed as \
