Cons: The apartments are modern and clean, and well equipped, but a few more kitchen things (for those who like to cook at home, like us) would be a good idea e.g. A chopping knife

Nice room with a great view

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, nice room and great view. The restaurant downstairs had pretty good food. I would recommend.

Cons: A tiny bit far from the center by foot, and a bit complicated at night as many locals told us tourists shouldn't walk in the neighbourhood after 19h.

Pros: The location is great, restaurant is amazing and facilities were excellent.

Comfortable

Pros: The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable, good value for money! And the staff was lovely. I arrived to the place at night time and Bela prepared something to eat for me despite the bar was already closed.

Cons: All fine, maybe the location is not the best if you are doing tourism in Praia, as it is not in the city centre.

Pros: Fabio is super nice, we had problem booking the ferry to Fogo and he tried his best to help us. He drove us to he harbour the next (very early) morning, picked us up from the airport, very supportive. The apartment was very big, clean, shower worked well, nice view, airport and harbour are very close, 25 minutes walk to the city centre but that was no problem either :) We booked the apartment 3 times and would always come back :)

Pros: It's amazing apartment and you have a super nice view. Penthouse feeling. The owner was also very friendly. Everything you need really even kitchen-ware wise. Its basically in the middle of nothing and everything. Halfway to the city centre (1-3 km) and the airport, also the port.

Pros: Studio entier bien aménagé. Restaurant sur place. Hôte très réactif sur booking. Emplacement à 5mn de l'aéroport.

Cons: Un peu bruyant.

Bien sur tout rapport.

Pros: D'un bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel serviable, restaurant dans l'établissement bien pratique, accès rapide au centre ville avec le bus n° 6 et proximité de l'aéroport.

Cons: Néant.
