Very good.

Pros: Spacious apartment. Very good location, right next to Rotunda Terra Branca where you find a bakery, mini mercados, and a small market with fresh fruit and vegetables.

Cons: No washing machine. I did not need it so no problem for me. But if you want to stay longer you may miss it.

Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in Praia.

Pros: Geräumig, super ausgestattet in guter Lage. Außerdem gibt es ein tolles Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Der Host ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Cons: Der Wasserdruck lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, aber das ist nicht ungewöhnlich auf den Kap Verden. Und es ist manchmal draußen etwas lauter.

Pros: La climatisation dans les chambres, les 2 salles d'eau. Les pièces sont spacieuses. Les lits sont confortables. Très grands dressings dans chaque chambre. Proche du plateau de Praia, possibilité d'aller à pied.

Cons: Problèmes de Wi-Fi et pas de connexion internet. La machine à laver n'est plus dans le logement mais il y en a une sur la terrasse en haut de l'immeuble. Impossible d'utiliser la cafetière car pichet en verre cassé à remplacer.

Pros: El apartamento era moderno y cómodo con todo tipo de comodidades. Y el personal nos ayudó en todo, con una buena asistencia y preocupación que estuviéramos bien.

Cons: Lo único que no recomiendan pasear por la noche en la zona, el personal del establecimiento nos ayudó en todo. No tuvimos ningún problema
