Cons: Linen were stained Problems with the plumbers systems of the shower and the WC, but we managed to go through it We've been unlucky and we found some cockroaches during the week, but the staff fixed it with some insecticides

You get what you pay for

Pros: Good location, ten minutes from airport and slightly outside main town of Santa Maria. Excellent poolside bar for drinks and meals. Quite windy at the poolside. Views over ocean and beach opposite. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Apt well equipped. Friendly people. Beds comfortable and good shower pressure. Good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Town walk 20 minutes.

Cons: TV only worked when WE replaced remote control batteries. TV screen filthy! A/C only in lounge. Balcony never gets sun and furniture past it's best . Few cockroaches around apt. Lots of banging doors on windy nights. Sofa very uncomfortable 😣 Lady who met us to check in spoke no English at all but tried hard. Beds quite hard. No beach towels. Flush in en suite toilet kept sticking.

Quiet beach & close to the city center

Pros: We were a bit confused with the check-in at first but were quickly helped on our way. The small apartment is located a short kilometer out of the center, which makes your stay very calm. The Praia de Cabral is right across the street, and was not busy at all, practically making it a private beach. There's also access to the pool & elcibar, which is also a great spot to sit at.

Nice place

Pros: I liked everything about this place. Lovely big balcony with great views. Nice swimming pool. Good size bedroom and kitchen. Only across the road from the beach.

Cons: I love the sun so although we had a large balcony it hardly got any sun .

Great views and beach in boa vista

Pros: Very nice modern apartment in front if the beach with pool. Helpful staff, allowed us to stay till late to take our night ship. Great help as we had a baby.

Pros: A sizeable balcony to watch the sunset over the nearby beach, a cool and maintained pool below, close to the large supermarket, a great cafe a 2 minute walk away, spacious and well cleaned apartment, a lovely hostess! Had an amazing time
