Pros: Really nice clean modern apartment close to beach and centre/ restaurants and bars. Enjoyed the roof top pool

Cons: Didn't like paying in cash, found it all quite stressful.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at the Little Heart apartment! The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool—perfect for relaxing while enjoying breathtaking views of the ocean and the city. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with a modern and stylish interior that makes it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, making it easy to cook meals if you choose to stay in. The large terrace is another standout feature, offering plenty of space to unwind and take in the surroundings, having also a barbecue. The building is situated near the beach but also at the proximity to all kind of good restaurants and shops. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a stylish base to explore the city, this apartment is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended and Regina, the host, is a very nice and opened person that will reply to you anytime.

Beautiful appartement in the center of Santa Maria for the perfect relaxing holiday.

Pros: Appartement in beautiful and very centrally located, a place where you can relax and enjoy Santa Maria. It is equipped with a washing machine and dish washer, restaurants are plenty in the surroundings, very close to the center and to the beach. We loved the balcony and the very equipped kitchen, all is there. And the beautiful swimming pool makes the picture complete

Pros: Muito bem decorado. Tem tudo o que é preciso. Terraço fantástico. Muito funcional. Excelente localização. Camas boas. Porteiro/segurança 24 horas. Funcionaria que dá apoio é muito rapida a resolver qualquer assunto. No dia da saída tem a possibilidade de guardar as malas e usar a piscina para trocar de roupa. Tem chuveiro. Recomendo vivamente! Excelente escolha!!

Pros: Quartos espaçosos, 2 casas de banho, sala e cozinha bem equipadas e uma grande varanda. Ar condicionada em todas as divisões.

Cons: A internet era fraca e havia muitas formigas que não conseguimos descobrir de onde entravam.

Een heerlijk appartement op een top locatie.

Pros: De ligging van het appartement is geweldig. Midden in het centrum en vlak bij het strand. Het zwembad was super netjes en ook het gehele appartementencomplex wordt goed schoongehouden. Top!

Cons: Verwarring over de betaling. Een kapotte airconditioning op de slaapkamer en deze werd niet binnen onze vakantie periode gerepareerd door de verhuurder.

Pros: A localização era perfeita. A um quarteirão da avenida principal e muito perto da praia, supermercados e restaurantes.

Cons: Por estar muito perto da avenida principal, de noite, ouvíamos música a tocar nos bares dessa avenida, no quarto onde ficamos. O quarto dos miúdos, que dá para as traseiras, já não se ouvia nada. Estranhamos na primeira noite mas depois habituámo-nos.

Täydellinen kahdelle aikuiselle ja kahdelle lapselle!

Pros: Sijainti erittäin hyvä. Keskeisellä paikalla ja lähellä rantaa! Asunto itsessään upea! Kauniisti sisustettu ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava. Terassi aivan ihana! Uima-allas mukava lisä. Haluan ehdottomasti yöpyä siellä uudelleen.

Cons: Avainten luovutus oli vähän sekavaa, mutta lopulta se hoitui hyvin! Ei mitään valitettavaa.

Net appartement maar aan de dure kant.

Pros: Het appartement was schoon en groot. Op het dakterras een zwembad met ligstoelen. Locatie is prima als je niet in een resort wilt verblijven. In de straat heb je verderop een bakker waar er op zondag een ontbijt buffet is. Schuin aan de overkant een goede Italiaan( altijd reserveren!) en het restaurant met het dakterras.

Cons: Het lawaai in de nacht ook met de deur dicht. De werkzaamheden rondom het appartement. Er wordt volop gebouwd. Je uitzicht zijn vervallen daken. Vanaf het dakterras bij het zwembad kan je wel de zee zien. Ontvangst ging niet echt soepel maar het personeel bij de receptie probeerde echt te helpen. Ik miste wat informatie over de omgeving en de restaurants. Ook lagen er geen contactgegevens. Je kan het zelf wel uitzoeken maar het staat wat klantvriendelijker.
