We loved it amd would gladly come back

Pros: - great location just at the outskirts of Santa Maria, 10mins walk to the centre, 15mins to the main beach - spacious two bedroom apartment with three balconies, spacious living room - washing machine - super nice host Stefy, always around to help, book your taxi from and to the airport and fixing the things

Cons: - one of the air conditioning units in the smaller bedroom did not cool (need a cooling gas refill)

Pros: Excellent stay. Stefy the host met us at property as we were on a late flight. She gave us info on island tours and was always available by phone if we needed anything. The property had everything we needed including washing machine. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! Stefania welcomed us warmly and took the time to explain all the details of the apartment. She also helped us book a taxi and shared some great tips for our stay—her hospitality was truly perfect. The apartment itself is beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, with great attention to detail. It’s very comfortable and offers a lovely view, making it a great place to relax.

Cons: My trip included some work commitments. While the internet connection works well for general use, it wasn’t quite strong enough for video calls or working with large files throughout the day. We ended up purchasing a local SIM card, which solved the issue. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, but this wasn’t a problem for us. In fact, the view and the overall quality of the apartment definitely made the climb worthwhile.

Pros: Lovely view of the ocean. Everything you need. Felt safe in the apartment. Lovely ocean breeze through the 2 bedroom apartment. Clean bedding and towels and kitchen cloths. Lovely little deli around the corner. The host was very accommodating and friendly and went out of her way to assist organising taxis etc. Thank you Stefy :)

Cons: Slight prob with the water when the power is out but this only happened twice during our stay and quiet briefly. Cannot drink the tap water so get loads of mineral water. The apartment is on the top third floor. There is a local shop nearby where you can get the big water bottles. A microwave oven would have been really useful.

Great location flat, great value for money

Pros: Great location,5min walk to the restaurants, you waking up for sunrise front of the beach,.Flat is very comfortable with two double big bedrooms and spacious lounge (all have balcony). Stafi the host vas very helpful and welcoming ,provided all information needed it. Great value for money.

Wonderful appartment, bright, quiet and spacious - in walking distance to Santa Maria center

Pros: Beautiful bright, quiet and large appartment in a secured building, in walking distance to Santa Maria center, beach and restaurants. It´s perfectly equipped with everything you need. Stefy was always immediately available for any questions - e.g. one of our trekking sandals fell apart and she advised to go to the municipal market where a nice man is repairing shoes (and actually pretty good, with an old sewing machine!) ;-) Whenever returning to Sal for a holiday, this will be our accommodation again!

Pros: The location, the space, the light, the appliances! The cleaning! The views! Everything was perfect! Above the expectations!

Cons: Just not counting on stairs for the 3d floor. It is more important for old people but it is manageable

Soggiorno breve ma piacevolissimo

Pros: L’appartamento è ben arredato e la struttura sottotetto in legno è molto bello.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Pros: Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Stefy, die Besitzerin, ist sehr liebenswert und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr angenehm. Sie ist gut erreichbar und hat für uns einen Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft organisiert. Wir durften am Tag der Abreise bis am Abend in der Unterkunft bleiben (was natürlich nur geht, wenn keine neuen Gäste gebucht haben). Hierfür waren wir ihr sehr dankbar. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.
