Nice spacious apartment

Pros: The location was perfect, not too busy and just a walking distance to the centre. The host was very helpful and did respond very quickly. Because of some problems with the wi fi we're kindly offered the transfer to the airport for free . The beds were very comfortable and big . The air conditioning was working well.

Cons: Unfortunately the towels weren't changed for the whole time of our 10 nights stay . The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable while we watched TV.

Beautiful area, lovely people, great food and some amazing sights may my stay great.

Pros: The apartment was self-catering but there are plenty of small shops nearby stocking essentials. I didn’t plan to cook as there are plenty of bars, cafes, hotels and restaurants around the immediate area, but if you want to walk a bit, 20 minutes will take you to some of the highlights in Santa Maria.

Cons: The views from the front of the property could be better, but the building and infrastructure work that’s going on is necessary to cope with increasing numbers of visitors.

Great place in santa maria

Pros: The studio is spaceful, clean and modern. The location is perfect, the studio as well as the rest of the building was perfectly clean and the host was also very helpful and kind. Because of the rain we couldn't leave the flat by the time of the check out and when we asked if it was possible to do the check out later they let us stay with no problem and they were very kind about it. We asked last minute so we appreciate a lot.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Really… and the cafe next to the apartment was the best, and the gym on the beach!

Really felt like home at the property! Denise the manager is so warm, kind and helpful and made us feel right at home!!

Pros: Lovely modern bright apartment! Great views of the sea. Modern, contemporary like new furniture and deco. Big large balcony. Brilliant Air-con in living area and bedroom. Very comfortable living and a few local shops close by! About 10 minutes walk into main Santa Maria strip. Dog friendly!

Cons: Maybe could have had some cleaning equipment in the room like brooms and mops and we would be bringing in sand daily and the balcony could collect of dust from the wind. Cleaner came twice a week and manager always provided things if needed.

Pros: Super chill & laid back place to stay with wonderful facilities, a great balcony and a kitchen with everything you need! Owner is always willing to help with any questions, and it's located in a very nice side of the town away from the super busy areas. There is a great cafe next door that does breakfast, lunch and dinner and a couple wonderful bars down by the beach just 2 minutes away. Highly recommend if you want to steer clear of the tourist resorts in Santa Maria! Not to mention the incredible price!

Good value of money :)

Pros: The location of the apartment is great. Close to Angulo Beach (must visit) and a short walk to central Santa Maria. Communication with the host was perfect and she responded very quickly at any time of the day. Big thank You! The Apartment itself is very comfy and has all the basic ammenties.

Cons: Waterpump, but you get used to the noise ;)

Quiet location near natural beaches, cosy apartment

Pros: Apt 11 on the top floor with a terrace is superb! Hot water, sun all day, nice bed and furniture. Small restaurant on the same block is fine for lunch or dinner.

Perfect apartment in Santa Maria

Pros: Stunning apartment even better than the pictures shown, spacious and comfortable and furniture's looked new. Just 5min walk from the pedestrian area and amazing sea view from the balcony. The apartment is super clean and has a fitted kitchen. The beach is just 2 min walk and Santa Maria beach is 10min but you do not need to go there necessarily. Agnes was very helpful and the cleaning lady also.

Cons: There is not a blanket and in the evening can get a bit fresh but the AC in few minutes warms up the apartment just fine. Doesn't have any cleaning products and soap but the shop one minute away has everything. This is a small island and many things are imported and would not expect them for granted.

Clean and modern self catering apartment

Pros: Clean, modern apartment with a big comfortable bed. The kitchen was well equipped and included a coffee machine. The sofa was comfortable and the balcony included chairs. Very safe and secure, safe in the room, dead bolts on the door. Lift so you don't have to walk the stairs. Great air con unit and lots of hot water for the shower. Good location, near the beach and a ten minute walk to all the main cafes and restaurants.

Cons: Only provided one toilet roll for a full week.
