Santa Maria flats

Excellent stay.

Pros: Great location; amazing runs on doorstep and close to town quiet at nighttime.

Cons: Chairs could have been more comfortable.

Great apartment

Pros: Gorgeous flat with a lovely view from the balcony. Loredana was really helpful and friendly.

Cons: Air-conditioning would have been nice.

Decent place for a few days

Pros: Great location if you're here for windsurfing. Nice view on the ocean, even though you're not directly on it. The property manager Nathy was really friendly and kind.

Cons: Mattress would need to be changed as you feel the springs. The italian coffee pot is the tiniest we've ever seen, kitchen is very minimalist.

The perfect flat in beautiful surroundings

Pros: The flat has everything you need and the view is amazing. I was picked up at the airport at my arrival and met by the kind and friendly Naty at the apartment. She gave me all the information I needed and made me feel very welcome. The neighbourhood is very calm, but still, it's just a short walk to the beach, the cafeteria's, and the heart of Santa Maria.

Pros: Nice clean apartments with good basic facilities. Good and easy communication with host. Very close to Angulo beach, about 200 meters. Here you can do watersports and rent equipment. short walk to resturans and shops about 10 minutes. Thanks to the kind host Mrs. Nathy for making my stay ekstra comfortable.

Pros: Nice apartment with balcony and sea view and a complete supply of everything needed in the small kiitchen, even a hot water kettle. Also very helpful in arranging airport transfer, as well as explaining the local minimbus transfer system.

Everything was exactly as expected or even better

Pros: Nice and very clean flat. Good value. Residential area very near to a beautiful beach. Loved it. Made me feel like I was in a real place, not just a random hotel room. It s a private studio flat all for you. The price was very competitive and it was exactly what I reserved for. I do not understand some review where some guests wrote about the price. It s so clear. The booking.com layout in some area is a bit different but it s easy to understand it. Very important! I always had water -not so usual in Santa Maria- :)

Cons: Everything is fine 🫶🏻 I soon realised that the windows are very clean and the sand and the wind damage the glass that cannot be brilliant 🏄‍♂️ Just for checking the wrong reviews that this place received incorrectly from some wrong guest 🤷‍♂️

Great accomodation in a great location!

Pros: Very convenient and excellent location, in 10 mins walking you can easily reach the centre of Santa Maria and only 2 minutes walking you can find a very cute beach and beach bar facing the ocean. Surf, kite surf and diving schools in the area. Loredana and Filomena have been the best, so helpful and caring whatever I needed and making sure I was having the best time, would definitely choose again this accomodation for my next visit.
