Pros: Das Apartment war groß. Sehr gut u. freundich war auch der Shuttle Service, der inclusiv ist. Ist aber auch angebracht, da das Haus im Neubaugebiet am östl. Stadtrand v. Santa Maria liegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut.

Cons: Fußweg ins Zentrum 20 Min. Im Wohnbereich fehlt eine Abstellmöglichkeit/ Couchtisch.

Pros: Se si vuole stare fuori dal caos di Santa Maria e ideale per chi è in cerca di relax.ottima comunicazione con il proprietario e il gestore su posto.trasferimento da e per aeroporto compreso. Tanta disponibilità e soprattutto una pronta recezione da parte del gestore per risolvere i disagi .un appartamento dotato di essenziale per stare anche un periodo più lungo.

Estadia simples cheia de conforto !

Pros: O apartamento, sendo um T0, é bastante espaçoso, muito confortável e cómodo. A cama tem um colchão excelente com tamanho king Size. Wi-Fi sempre a a funcionar muito bem. Prédio muito tranquilo. O apartamento não tem AC, mas dorme-se muito bem com as janelas abertas . Tem rede mosquiteira e não há ruído na rua. De qualquer forma tem ventoinha. A comunicação com o dono é excelente, está sempre comunicável e atento. O serviço de transfer incluído, funciona muito bem !

Cons: Trata-se de um bairro novo, portanto ainda existem algumas infraestruturas por concluir. A distância para o centro e praia não é muita, mas para algumas pessoas poderá ser um ponto negativo. Para mim sempre foi um passeio agradável.

Pros: Todo fantastico, muy cordiales y amables. Muchas gracias Ralf por todo. La localizacion 10 puntos caminando unos 10-15min a la zona comercial pero no hay un camino bueno, mejor tomar un tax 4min 3e. Kite beach a unos 15min en taxi. El apartamento super tranquilo y confortable. Lo recomiendo. Un consejo, conpraros alli en sal una targeta de telefono para tener siempre acceso a internet cuando estes en la calle.
