Lali's House

We would 100% come back. It was our favourite stay in Santiago until now! Perfect!

Pros: The guesthouse is modern, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very good, as are the bathroom, size of the room and terrace with a view. It is silent at night thank to good windows and the location. Don't hesitate, just stay here ;)

Pros: I didn't choose the breakfast option but the room was large and clean, as was the en suite, and it was great to have my own balcony. I have to admit that I was slightly worried that Google Maps didn't recognise the address of the property but it's just because it's so newly registered! Although my room didn't have sea views it was great to be so close to the coast, and an easy walk to the town. When my bus arrived earlier than I'd expected, the owners were great about giving me early access to my room so I could drop my bags off.

Cons: The wifi was patchy (although I think that's a common problem in Tarrafal).

Very nice hosts in a modern and clean house with excellent breakfast.

Pros: It was very clean and practicable. Marisa and Adi were friendly and very helpful with all our questions. The breakfast with fresh fruits, or fruit salad from the region, fine bread with cheese and small banana cookies was really very good! Coffee was offered during the day. If you like to walk 15 min to the beach, it is a fine distance to move a little bit. A nice restaurant is nearby the guest house.

Cons: The bed was not made every day. I missed a bit the cosy feeling, but this is a matter of taste.

Pros: Accueil, emplacement, petit déjeuner, propreté. Tout était parfait.

Cons: La Wifi ne captait pas très bien dans la chambre.

Pros: De ruimheid en lichtheid van het moderne huis, de warme ontvangst door Aladino en het geweldige ontbijt met alle fruit uit de eigen, weelderige tuin. Klasse!

Excellent séjour en couple

Pros: Très belle maison avec des volumes généreux et de grandes chambres. Charmant jardin avec une variété de plantes et arbres locaux

Cons: Du fait des très beaux volumes, les bruits se transmettent facilement en particulier le matin lors de la mise en place du petit déjeuner.

Pros: Nous avons passé un séjour absolument génial dans cet établissement. Les petits-déjeuners étaient top, les chambres également, très agréables et confortables. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité du village et de la plage, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Nous souhaitions aller pêcher et avons demandé un contact à l’hôte, qui nous en a trouvé un très rapidement. Nous avons été emmenés sur place puis sommes partis pêcher avec un pêcheur local, une superbe expérience authentique. À notre retour, nous avons même mangé les poissons que nous avions pêchés avec l’hôte et son collègue directement à la maison : un moment très convivial et inoubliable. L’hôte parle très bien français, est disponible et extrêmement accueillant. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Pros: Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Lali’s House! Die Gastgeberin hatte freundlicherweise unseren Transfer vom Flughafen in Praia zur Unterkunft organisiert und uns in der Unterkunft erwartet. Das Zimmer war geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – das Omelett, welches die Köchin bereitet ist besonders zu empfehlen. Lali’s House ist in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Meer und nur wenige Gehminuten von einem traumhaften Strand! Wie hatten eine großartige Zeit in Tarrafal und Lali’s House!
