Comfortable and good value for money

Pros: Nice appartment, very close to the beach, staff is very friendly and helpful - they also respond really quickly

Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet area near Santa Maria Beach (3min walking). Restaurants and shops are very close. Private security at the condominium and two supermarkets less than 1 min. We really enjoy the apartment, the terrace and the amazing beach.

Pros: This apartment is great! You'll find everything you need to cook easily. The host is great at responding quickly, and checking in and out was super smooth. There's a handy mini-market and a pub downstairs (they only take cash), plus another grocery store right across the street that accepts cards.

Cons: The mattress was a little too hard for us, but that's personal preference.

Good location within easy reach of beach and town.

Pros: Good location with short walk onto main drag and 5 mins to the beach. Good swimming pool. Supermarket just over the road is , for Sal, reasonably priced. 2 bars within 2 mins.

Cons: Furnishings were of an ok standard. Water went on and off a number of times during the week.

Pros: The apartment had everything you could need. Communication was excellent.

Cons: The apartment was lovely but the sunbeds at the pool were old and some broken.

I recommande them.

Great apartment with a pool

Pros: Very nice and BIG apartment in a well kept residence that has a big swimming pool and a lot of tropical vegetation. Also very well located if you want to go to the Santa Maria beach, Ponta Preta beach, or to kite beach. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this place.

Santa Maria no stress

Pros: La posizione, a circa 200 metri da un tratto di spiaggia fantastico, pulito e non affollato, rispetto a quelli troppo vicini alle grandi strutture di santa maria; la piscina con il solarium; la guardiania h24; la pulizia dell'appartamento e la comodità del letto; l'organizzazione di check in e prenotazione taxi da e per l'aeroporto; canali italiani in tv e wifi perfettamente funzionante.... tutto NO STRESS

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es wurde an alles gedacht, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen oder gestört hätte. Der Laden direkt am Eingang des Gebäudes ist sehr praktisch. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten zehn wundervolle Tage – ganz sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt hier.

Cons: Uns hat alles gefallen

Entspannter Aufenthalt um den Winter zu entfliehen.

Pros: Freundliche, unkompliziert und schnelle Schlüsselübergabe. Apartment ist frisch gereinigt und praktisch eingerichtet. Im hinteren Teil des Appartement gibt es eine windgeschützte Terrasse. Ruhige Nächte und Tagesüber ebenso. In der Anlage gibt es Security 24/7 und diese war sehr freundlich. Eine grosse Pool Sonnenschirmen und Liegen in der Mitte. Ungefähr 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt und Strand. Supermarkt auf der anderen Seite der Strasse.

Cons: Dusche mit kleinem Warmwasserspeicher.
