Pros: The flat was perfect, very well located. Helena the owner, was extremely nice and helpful and Mamadou was helpful in setting us up in he property. I definitely recommend this flat and we will definitely come back there when we return to Sal.

Cons: We did not have any bad experience whatsoever in the flat.

Was great, would definitely come back

Pros: Spacious and nice, had all amenities you can think of, the cleaning team left everything ready we hardly had to shop for stuff for the house apart from toilet roll. Good location as well with grocery store in front of the house, rent a car downstairs in the building, restaurants and much more on the same road

Cons: AC only in the living room (great) just fans in the rooms which barely made a difference and it was extremely hot hardly could sleep

A lovely apartment , would stay again

Pros: Spacious apartment for the four of us Fast WiFi Great to have a washing machine Air conditioning in lounge and kitchen area and fans in the two bedrooms Bathroom towels provided 24 hour security Lovely pool with not many guests when we where there using it so ample loungers and umbrellas Only 10 minute walk to Santa Maria centre 5 minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach 2 supermarkets close by

Cons: Key was a bit fiddly to use and had a bit of a knack but all 4 of us managed to get the hang of using it in the end It is up 40 steps as on the second floor so may be difficult for people with reduced mobility as their is no lift Gas cooker need to use a match via cocktail sticks to light; could do with a long handled lighter Paying cash via wise was difficult as due to exchange from pounds sterling to euros to CV escuedos we lost out on transaction costs so had to pay an additional €10 cash on arrival

Pros: Very good service, nice comfortabele appartmenr good location. Clean and spacious. Friendly and very good communication.

Very nice accommodation in Santa Maria

Pros: Very comfortable with A/C in the living room and fans in the bedroom, big tv with Netflix, access to very nice pool

Cons: All good, tba that it’s not in the city centre but close to the beach

Lovely place

Pros: Everything was perfect. We loved the spacious rooms and the well equiped kitchen. We also loved the balcony very much. Always sunny and well sheltered from the wind.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Mamadou was very quick at responding to messages and fixed the toilet and did some washing whilst we stayed. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. It was comfortable. Pool was basic but nice, we used it everyday. The location was good, 15 mins walk to the pedestrian street. Quiet at night.

Cons: It's a shame we weren't told the washing machine wasn't working prior to arrival. This is a new property so I'm sure it will get rectified but the check out time wasn't correct and the payment information wasn't correct.

Cons: Manque un aspirateur

Pros: Es muy amplio, la piscina está muy bien, la seguridad, cerca del centro y de la playa. Hay supermercados cerca. Tiene internet, wifi. Y lavadora. Y el aire acondicionado es genial.

Cons: La limpieza debe mejorar… había arena por todos lados, las alfombras estaban sucias, la cocina estaba sucia, restos de aceite. Faltaban toallas, si somos 6 se esperan 6 toallas. El apartamento olía a tabaco. De resto todo muy bien.
