Pros: Loved the apartment it was close to santa maria and had a shop opposite and a bar/restaurant outside. Very good location across the road from the beach thankyou for a lovely stay

Pros: A very good accomodation supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Well cleaned and maintained apartment with a very pleasant, easygoing and communicative owner. It was very convenient that the owner arranged us off to be picked up directly at the airport (for a fixed price), so that we did not need to look for adresses and such, especially as internet is not free as in the EU-countries. The pool is clean and nice, just like the apartment. There are two minimarkets nearby

Cons: Its one kilometer from the the main town Santa Maria whick means the accomodation is calm and quiet in the evenings. There is a well arranged \

Pros: Climatisation, piscine, machine à laver, moustiquaire, agent de sécurité à l’entrée 24h/24, caméras, bien situés plage et centre ville a proximité. L’hôte n’était pas présent sur place mais a été bienveillant dès notre arrivée jusqu'au départ pour tout problème et renseignement.

Pros: Het appartement was erg schoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is op loopafstand van het centrum.

Well equipped secure apartment overlooking central pool area.

Pros: Spacious comfortable well equipped apartment with balcony overlooking the pool area. Host was very helpful and allowed me to check out late on the day of my early evening flight home. I had a very enjoyable stay and will look to stay again, hopefully in November. Brittania bar / restaurant next door was very convenient.

Cons: I normally stay in the centre of Santa Maria, so this was a new location, with a few minutes walk into town. However it is easy to get to the beach or the main footpath behind it to walk to the pier.

Strandnahe Lage, kleine Supermärkte mit allem Nötigen vor der Haustür. Pool und Kinderpool gepflegt.

Pros: Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte unkompliziert in der Hausverwaltung. Die war täglich mehrere Stunden besetzt und es wurde sich um Anfragen und Probleme gekümmert. Die Anlage wurde Tag und Nacht überwacht. Es war sehr sauber, die Anlage gepflegt.

Cons: Wir hatten mehrere Tage kein WLAN, was aber nicht am Vermieter lag. Dem Problem wurde sich angenommen, doch wir hatten in der Zeit keinen Ersatz. Nebenan wurde eine Wohnung ausgebaut, etwas Lärm, aber es gibt Schlimmeres.
