Modern, well situated apartment in Sal

Pros: From the minute we booked to when we left the communication and help from Toni was amazing. Lovely apartment, modern and really close to the main area for restaurants, shops and bars and only 100 metres from the beach

Cons: The only small negative is the karaoke bar around the corner which makes it tricky to sleep with the windows open. A/C was more than enough though

Perfect

Pros: We absolutely loved everything about it. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. The location is great: 1 street away from Angulo beach, 1 minute away from the pedestrian street and 10 minutes walk from the pier. The apartment is fully equipped, it has a cozy high end interior, and the combination of the great beds and the quiet neighborhood ensured that we had a good night's sleep. We really felt at home. Toni and Maria are great people, friendly, very helpful and always available if we had a question

Expensive for the location (far from center/beach), but very cleaned and modern - I would stay here again.

Pros: Brand new, Modern, well decorated (good sofa, table, chairs - I can tell is good materials), it is spacious, very cleaned (we stayed for 11 nights so we could have 1 free cleaning service), well equipped for cooking, AC and Fans, screens on the windows, good WiFi. Good mattress. Very big and good TV. The owner is extremely nice, kind and educated. It is her first time doing rentals so I understand some of her concerns regarding deposit and contract. No need to share my photos as the ones here are 100% trustable and real. What you see is what you get, except it is not beach front and not in the heart of Santa Maria.

Cons: The fact that some rooms were closed. This is a 2 bedroom apartment and we were just 2 people, still don't see reason for doors to be locked as we rented the whole apartment even if not using one of the rooms. Also you have to sign off a contract and pay a deposit that will be returned upon check out if everything is ok with the apartment (never happened to me before in an apartment rental for holidays). There is no access to the washing machine. For the price you pay, you should have access to it. Some of the kitchen utensils such as pans can burn you in your hands if you are not cautious when holding them in the cook. There is a security camera and audio recording at the entrance door of the apartment. There is also a security camera at the terrace (owner explained it just records in case of break in, it has a light movement's sensor) - did not feel so comfortable because of these details, a bit of lack of privacy I would say.

Pros: Tudo óptimo, apartamento com excelentes condições é tudo o que aparece nas fotos, praticamente novo, muito limpo, super bem situado com elevador e todas as condições, prédio e zona muito tranquilo a anfitriã é super atenciosa e prestável com tudo antes e durante a estadia!
