Soleil Beach House

Great apartment, central, convenient and facilities! But very loud.

Pros: It's in a very convenient location - next to beach and main strip. Apartment is huge and very clean. The facilities are great - big fan and air-con, washing up liquid and washing powder, lots of pots and pans, big fridge, oil and salt etc. Amazon on the TV! Both Olivia and Josita and very helpful.

Cons: If you like your sleep you will have trouble - the music is blaring until 4am each morning and the acoustics of the building enhance the sound, after a few days of it it really effected my sleep and mood. Plus the windows in the bedrooms don't full close to shut sound out a little more. Only one set of keys - but Josita lent us the spare pair. It is on the 3rd floor with no lift - that wasn't clear. My dad is old and it hindered him slightly.

Pros: Spacious apartment on the top floor. Well equiped rooms, kitchen and s bathroom. Very helpfull staff. Situated in near the beacj and nice cafes and restaurants.

Cons: A bit to noisy at night due to central location

Excellent, exceeded all of our expectations

Pros: Amazing House, two large bedrooms, very nice common room with a comfy TV and a sofa. This place absolutely exceeded our expectations, it was very close to the beach, but also close to the town, located on the main walking street of Santa Maria. If I would come back, I would definitely book the same apartment, especially taking the value into account.

Perfect stay in Santa Maria

Pros: Well-equipped kitchen. Very central location. Clean and comfortable place. Josita was very kind and we had great communication for check-out plans and an early check-in.

Cons: Its in the middle of the town, so there was music in the evening. But after about 11pm it was cut and it was completely quiet.

Pros: The stuff is amazing!!!! Our flight was late. But they still waiting for us patiently. And they are extremely friendly and warm. The location of the apartment is great. Everything Is in walking distance. However if you can't sleep with noise. Then it's better to bring an ear plugs. Cause the apartment Is next to the restaurant and bar street. It might be bit noise at night. But it will all be finished at 12. 30 am. Nevertheless, it was a very nice stay.

For sure we will come back again

Pros: Very clean and comfortable, near to the beach, near to the shops, plenty of restaurants around

Cons: A bit noisy in the night, but it is normal in Cape Verde if you want to be in the centre, for more senditive people I would reccomend to pack earplugs

Pros: Olivia was wonderful, I messaged her many times regarding different matters and nothing was too much trouble. She organised a transfer from the airport for us and everything was so smooth. Highly recommended as its in the perfect location next to shops, bars and the amazing beach. The apartment is even bigger and better than it looks in the photos Thankyou Olivia

Cons: The only downside was the noise from the surrounding bars which started about 10pm, but that was not any fault of Soleil beach house, it's just the bars doing business. We are going back to this apartment in November and cannot wait

Pros: Sehr schöne Wohnung , sauber mit guter Ausstattung, in toller Lage zum Strand und zur Fußgänger Zone

Cons: Leider war es sehr laut. Tagsüber die große Baustelle direkt davor, nachts bis in den frühen Morgen sehr laute Musik aus den Bars.

Pros: En plein centre de santa maria pas besoin de voiture...la plage et la fete tout autour.

Cons: Petit soucis pour dormir car de la musique toute la nuit...mais c est les vacances no stress Prévenir également les hôtes des travaux juste devant..
