Nice, clean and well-located apartment

Pros: Clean and well-located, just a few minutes away from the city centre and still in a quite location. The swimming pool was a nice plus four our child. There are moskitos nets on each window and on the balcony door.

Cons: Suggestions for improvements and missing items directly shared with the host.

Beautiful apartment in super location, would recommend.

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance to the most beautiful beach and Santa Maria town. Stunning pool view and fully furnished apartment with washing machine, everything we needed for a family of 2 adults and 2 children! Loved this property and would recommend staying here.

Agradavél, tranquila e NO STRESS

Pros: O Stephan Veressimo ajudou em tudo, sempre que precisei e com uma simpatia extrema. Apartamento limpo e totalmente mobiliado. Cozinha excelente com todos os utensílios e electrodomésticos necessários. WiFi com pagamento semanal de 15€ foi suficiente para as minhas necessidades. Para quem pretende ver TV, esta é pequena. Boa cama com colchões agradáveis. Boa localização. Praias e Santa Maria próximas. Piscina/jardins agradáveis e espaçosos. 2 supermercados e 2 bares muito próximos. Recomendo este apartamento e voltarei.

Pros: Limpeza excelente! Tínhamos um garrafão de água e duas cervejas de boas vindas🙏🏻 muito obrigada! Excelente relação qualidade preço. Se voltarmos a esta ilha, é neste local que ficarei!

Pros: Litt eldre, men velholdt anlegg. Leiligheten er god størrelse og ren. Godt utstyrt kjøkken (ingen kaffetrakter). Vaskemaskin og tørkestativ var et plusd. Fint og rent basseng. Britisk Pub/kafé i forkant av anlegget var hyggelig. Ca 10 minutter spasertur til gågaten i Santa Maria. Alt i alt godt fornøyd.

Cons: Litt gammeldags og enkel innredning, men ok for prisen. Kunne gjerne vært kaffetrakter og brødkniv + kokkekniver i skuffen. WiFi må evt betales ekstra (står i beskrivelsen, så ingen overraskelse) så likegodt å kjøpe et lokalt SIM kort.
