Pros: Staff very helpful cheery, attentive Room very clean well equipped Bus shuttles very Frequent Shop etc good selection compared to the town

Cons: It’s vast but where we stayed in Cactus was near to what we needed

I experienced absolutely a 5 star experience staying here and I am still in awe of how much I enjoye

Pros: This isn’t a hotel it is a RESORT!!! The best I have ever stayed at!!! The breakfast buffet was sumptuous. I went there for my birthday and the staff surprised me with a birthday cake and well wishes!! I was so happy and relaxed during my stay!! They provide a shuttle service from the resort to the beach daily, they have kitchen in the rooms this allows you prepare your own meal so as to save money on meals and also there is an on-site supermarket. I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!! I LOVE I LOVE I LOVE I LOVE VILLA VERDE!!

Cons: I love everything there’s nothing I would want to change

Pros: The location was really good, it's about 5m drive to Santa Maria. Big size swimming pool the flat is good size.

Cons: Nothing bad to say really.

Pros: The staff we dealt with were so helpful. Have to say a big thank you to Diva and Solange at reception who were so helpful with us when we had some problems with our luggage and sorted things out for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. and Dennilson the young porter.also. Many thanks guys Lesley & Randy x

Pros: The terrain/place itself. Also the apartment was sufficiently equipped and good to have a well stocked supermarket.

Cons: The personnel at the breakfast was not really friendly and couldn't answer my questions. The shower couldn't be used as a shower because the system didn't allow it to hang up while showering down.

Pros: The hotel is nicely located. You have free transfer to Santa Maria, Espargos and Penta Beach. Everyone is nice and friendly, you can book excursions with the hotel as well. In the Vila you have access to a supermarket, restaurant and arm machine. My room was nice, spacious and clean. I would totally recommend it.

A peaceful and comfortable stay with warm hospitality and great support from the reception team

Pros: I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at Vila Verde. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the local facilities were convenient. Breakfast was good, and the reception team was incredibly helpful — especially Diva, who went out of her way to support us with genuine care.

Cons: What I didn’t love was that the bed could have been more comfortable, and the internet was occasionally a bit slow. Also, the apartment is a bit of a walk from the vibrant Santa Maria, which may not suit everyone — though the peaceful setting and spacious layout helped make up for it.

Pros: It was clean and spacious . Close walk from lovely beach Ponta Negra transats at the beach are free for whoever is staying at this hotel

Affordable living in calm and clean area, a bit outside but still close to beach and town.

Pros: The price was very affordable compared to other nearby hotels. The pool water felt very clean and had the right temperature. The whole area was tidy and felt very safe. It was easy to get into town and back with a taxi. The apartment was big and had double air conditioning. The maid came to clean every day and even washed our dishes.

Cons: A bit far to walk on foot to the beach - bicycle, scooter or the shuttle bus is recommended. The pool bar didn’t have the raw materials to serve what they had on the meny. Not even basic stuff like garlic, which was plentyful in the supermarket at the same hotel. Restaurant staff spoke not much English and was not very service-minded. The apartment didn’t have basic stuff like detergent for the washing machine, and it was only sold in big pack at the supermarket. The whole area was a ghost town, prepared to house some kind of business on the ground floor in each building, but it was all empty.

Pros: excellent apartment for our family, great space and really comfortable beds -we all got great rest. The location was a on a quiet complex but great location and the beach was beautiful- we used the hotel shuttle bus service - there is only Bo Beach Bar there and a small restaurant so its lovely to have a long stretch of beach with no one else there! we tried santa maria beach but there are very limited ( 1 ) place to rent sunbeds so we just used our hotel beach which we preferred. we will come back when we can- loved it! advise to take washing up liquid/cloth/teatowel and washing liquid. whilst there is small supermarket on site the size of these products will last a lifetime! Had a great family holiday.
