Nice apartment

Pros: Nice residence complex with a clean pool, well equipped apartment (kids liked the little toy turtles ;) ), walking distance to the sea and a little shop. The owners are nice people.

Cons: A bit further from the central area and nicer or , but it is the cleaner “hotel part” of Santa Maria, so we did not mind the walking. Still, part of the residence was closed during the pandemic and the road is unfinished, so you feel kinda “lost” sometimes.

Comfortable stay with a unique check-in process

Pros: Overall, this was a very pleasant stay and I truly enjoyed my time here. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, offering a calm and practical base for the stay. The only point worth mentioning is the check-in process, which felt a bit unusual at first, as there is no real reception. This can be slightly confusing, especially after a long journey, and requires paying close attention to the instructions provided. Once everything is understood, however, the process works smoothly. Aside from that, the place delivers well: good comfort, a peaceful atmosphere, and a sense of independence that many travelers will appreciate. Communication was clear once contact was established, and everything needed for the stay was provided. A solid choice overall.

Pros: Me and my friends wanted somewhere that was quiet and relaxing, a bit away from the main hustle of town, but still within walking distance (20 mins). This place was perfect for us as we were staying in another apartment nearby for work and had just finished our tenure. There are 2 convenient stores closeby that have your basic needs in terms of food and toiletries, taxis are always around because of the hotels, so even if you didn't want to walk you can catch a taxi quickly to town. The beach is also in walkable distance if you walk across the roundabout on the main road. As for the actual apartment itself, it was very cosy for us, clean, and cool. The pool is a plus, and is big enough to feel like you're not intruding on others space when they use the facility. We also really liked the mosquito net door on the balcony which helped a lot

Cons: I wish we had been given cleaning supplies to use during our stay, we had to use the dishsoap and sponge for surfaces in the kitchen. There wasn't even a dish cloth to us to dry our hands in the kitchen. Also more than 2 rolls of toilet paper to use. The microwave is also quite high, so of you're short, it might be a bit of a stretch.

Pros: We booked last minute and were very glad we did. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. The balcony is facing a pool which is very nice. The beds are comfortable and big. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Pros: La atención del dueño y su señora fueron excepcionales, el apartamento está muy bien y es espacioso. Se llega a la zona turística y a la playa de Santa Maria caminando en 5-10 minutos.

Pros: Apartamento comodo, amplio y bien equipado en general. La piscina es una maravilla y el dia del check out nos dejaron disfrutar de ella hasta que nos fuimos para el aeropuerto.

Cons: Echamos en falta un poco de sal, pimiento, jabon en la ducha… cosas basicas que no venden en pequeñas cantidades en el supermercado y se hacen necesarias en el dia a dia.

Pros: Situé dans une résidence calme, à 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale. Personnel gentil, logement propre avec vue sur la piscine. Je recommande ce logement.

Belle surprise ! Calme et agréable

Pros: Appartement tres agréable tres fonctionnel tres calme permettant d etre autonome avec des commerces a proximité à pieds. Climatisation parfaite. Piscine tres agréable et propre. Un grand merci a l hote d'avoir autorisé un départ des lieux un peu plus tard. Echanges tres agréables avec l hote dans le soucis de notre bien-etre. Complexe a taille humaine.

Cons: Les tapis en poil de chevre perdent un peu leur poil ! L'environnement de l herbergement est en friche. L'hébergement est un peu excentré des plages.

Pros: O apartamento é super agradável e o aparthotel tem uma piscina ótima! Adorámos!
