Pros: The best place to stay in Maio - Matia and Mirko are excellent hosts, always helpful and very communicative and truly wanting to make sure you have a lovely stay! They went above and beyond to ensure we made it back in time for our flight and for that we are truly thankful! The facilities are the best in Maio, room is cozy, bed is comfortable, everything is very clean and AC works well. There's a good breakfast available and the restaurant is also very good. In addition to this, there are a lot of activities you can book directly and we had a great time with our rented car visiting Ilha do Maio. All in all, despite some issues with travel arrangements, we had a lovely experience in Maio and would highly recommend visiting and staying in Pensão Big Maio!

International Centre on Mayo

Pros: The hotel is run by Italians. They speak different languages. The internet didn't work in the room on the second floor, you had to go out into the corridor and sit on the chairs. The internet was good in the restaurant, as was the food - the breakfast was boring and meager, and the dinner was excellent, good Italian cuisine with local products. Souvenirs are sold inside. We rented a quad bike, it's very convenient, we spent three great days on the island

Suite Stay in Big Game Maio

Pros: Wonderful stay at big game- the hosts were very kind and welcoming. Matia, Mirko, and the team went above and beyond in their service and hospitality. Great good and best tiramisu in Cabo verde! Highly recommend

Na ilha do Maio, Big Game Vila do Maio sempre!

Pros: A simpatia de quem nos acolheu, boa disposição, vontade de ajudar, instalações super limpas e muito bem decoradas. A comida do restaurante é maravilhosa... recomendamos vivamente. Um dia que volte ao Maio, nem procuro alternativas. Big Game Vila do Maio sem sombra de dúvida.

Pros: O funcionário Mirko faz com que tudo ainda corra melhor. Alugamos carro, a praia fica a 5/10minutos a pé. Fui com 2 crianças e o nosso alojamento tinha 2 quartos.
