Nice accommodation in a good location

Pros: Friendly welcome, uncomplicated check-in process. Simple but clean and comfortable room. The bathroom was outside the room, but newly renovated and well-equipped. Large, comfortable communal lounge including kitchen and refrigerator for shared use on the ground floor. Good, safe location in the embassy district, close to the beaches and some nice restaurants. The city center of Praia can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or in a few minutes by bus; the bus stop is located directly in front of the house. There are some parking spaces directly on the street by the house; it's a 15-minute drive to the airport.

Cons: No complaints whatsoever! It was perfect for us.

Clean stay with excellent location right by the beach

Pros: The location is excellent. It's a short walk to the beaches Nd several nice restaurants. The manager organised transport for us and helped with little inquiries.

Cons: There is no breakfast during off-season and trying to make a coffee in the kitchen was a bit of a logistical challenge. There were no towels in the room and the night concierge didn't know where to find any either.

Pros: By far best accommodation I have had on my Praia trip. Room was just great, very comfortable and whole hose is just amazing placed on the best part of Praia close to beach Highly recommended

Pros: We had a very nice stay. The house is nice and cosy. You can really feel at home. The rooms are spacious with everything you need. The manager is nice, open minded and very helpful.

Pros: wunderschöne Villa mit elegantem Parkett, riesigem Salon, schicker Einrichtung. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Maria. Küchenbenutzung für Frühstück, das man im schattigen Patio zu sich nehmen kann.

Cons: Dies ist eine Kritik an Booking.com : Bei der Buchung war nicht deutlich , dass man nur vor Ort beim Gastgeber zahlen kann . this is not a fault of the host!
