Pros: I liked the availability of the owner. He was also very kind to let us leave the bags earlier than our check in time and later after our check out. I liked that we could pay by card.

Cons: The windows were not isolating the room from the outside noises. There was a traffic sign making an awful sound when hit by the wind. I advise bringing some hearplugs.

Pros: I liked everything. The room was comfortable and clean, as well as the bathroom. The host was very forthcoming and nice. The location was perfect.

Pros: Katiana is very sweet and helps you with whatever you need. Responds also very quickly ! The room was clean and cute

Good, would come again: enjoyed beds, wifi, kitchen, excellent hospitality/communication from host.

Pros: I would strongly recommend this place to my friends. The beds sleep well--I even checked the IKEA pillow and mattress labels because I slept so good. The interior design looks modern organic/beach house. GOOD WIFI. A cleaning lady is present during work hours. The location is great, near the main street. No noise complaints. Fresh room. Some musquitos are inevitable. Outstanding hospitality fromt the host: she offered excellent taxi recommendations, fast replies, predicted possible obstacles and offered solutions, very nice. Access to kitchen facilities was handy for our breakfast/lunch. We enjoyed the picknick table on the balcony. Host allowed us to relax at the balcony and use the wifi after check-out hours, as we waited for our next ride to arrive.

Cons: Though the toilet/sink was fine, the en-suite shower didn't work well. It only gave a few droplets. The host said this was due to the low local water pressure (which the host could not do anything about). My travel partner and I arrived at night. We would've liked to have been able to shower immediately at night. If the 'shower malfunctioning due water pressure'-problem is common, we would've liked to be alerted about this in advance. We put our sweaty bodies in a clean bed. The next morning the host told us we could use the upstairs shared bathroom shower. (I wonder why she didn't she tell us in advance the bathroom is available upstairs? I could've showered at night?) Showering upstairs in the mornings went fine. We renegotiated something with the host and were satisfied afterwards.
