Perfect

Pros: Elisa is a very friendly host and very reactive to questions. She also provided a lot of tips for places to eat or visit in Mindelo during our stay. The location is perfect - on 5/10min of every visiting spot in Mindelo The breakfast was superb! Bonus for dutch-speaking travellers: she speaks Dutch!

Lina Elisa guest house, amazing!!!

Pros: Lina was so attentive to our needs, when we left for santo antao early morning she provided us with a very ample packed breakfast, thank you Lina The 3 nights stay was very comfortable, the beds were amazing, the rooms so clean and the rooftop was a delight, it was much bigger than I thought it was going to be and so nice to relax in the afternoon after sight seeing, what a suntrap and view over Mindelo Breakfast was very good with everything you could wish for I would recomened staying at Lina Elisa for the service and almost certainly for the location, 10 minutes to either Lajina beach, town or the ferry port It was a great stay and we will be back some day

Very good stay

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The room was good, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Communication with Lina and her husband was excellent — quick, friendly, and helpful. Helped us many times- many thanks fro this! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we felt at home from the first moment.

Cons: We couldn´t use the swimming pool because it had dirty water. it´s a pitty because swimming pool was one of the things that made us to choose this accommodation.

Pros: Lina Elisa and Victor were wonderful hosts — incredibly kind and always ready to help in any situation. The place itself is very charming and centrally located, making it easy to reach both the city center and the port. Breakfast was also good. Overall, we were very, very happy with our stay. Highly recommended!

Pros: Super comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved the rooftop terrace and pool - a perfect spot for sunbathing. Most of all, you couldn’t find a better hostess - Lina and all her family are so warm and welcoming and it was a pleasure to stay with them.

Cons: The WiFi wasn’t the best - not a problem for us on holiday but might be if you were trying to work.

Great value and hosts, a short walk from everything

Pros: The location is great - very central and close to the city centre beach. Hosts Lina and Victor are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast on the terrace is really nice and the small pool perfect for cooling down and chilling.

Pros: Very nice stay at Lina's guesthouse. Lina is very kind and helpul. Good location not far from the town center and the beach

Pros: Lina and Victor make us feel like family. They were super thoughfull, helpfull and warm. Lina knew that I had a special diet and made everything and beyond to satisfied my needs. Victor took us around the island and negociate a tour with the fisherman to swim with the turtles. The apartment is very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets and with good weather relaxing in the pool with a beer is perfect.

Cons: Nothing to point out

Pros: great location, good food, tasty breakfast, tea and coffee, use of swimming pool, very friendly and helpful host, parking just outside, 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the ferry, clean and tidy.

Cons: no complaints at all.

Pros: A very New friendly informal hotel with a beautiful rooftopterrace. Very nice owners. Cheerful place. Walking distance tot the beach and many bars and restaurants. And easy distance to the main square Located in an very attractive wel maintained neighbourhood.

Cons: On booking is a balcony room mentioned but this is not the case. There are only 2 balcony rooms available. The hotel is a bit hard to find as it is a normal living house. Stick to the crossing of avenue Alberto leite and rua Angola and ask around. It is very nearby. Don t go walking further as you can get lost.
