Pros: Once again, Plateau Hotel delivered exceptional service. The team was always available and ready to help without hesitation. Perfect for those who love adventure and travel. The service was absolutely fantastic, and the accommodation had everything needed for a comfortable stay while exploring the island. Overall, a very satisfying experience!

Everything was great

Pros: Amazing location right in the city center. There is everything you need: clean beds and bathrooms, shower with good pressure and hot water, the staff is friendly and helpful. It was very useful that there is always someone at the reception, because we arrived to Praia at around 1AM!

Cons: We tried three different rooms, so if you get to stay in their second building and room's windows face the street, it can be extremely noisy in the morning

Pros: I had a great the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming and understanding. It was no problem extending my stay on short notice. The place was clea and well kept. And the employee James is one of the nicest, kindest and hardworking person i've ever had the pleasure to of meetng. I will definately reccommend this place to everybody I know

Pros: The place is very central. The bed was very comfortable. Ac was great.

Cons: When I came back the second time I was told there would be no fees but of course there was fees . So just be aware there is always fees even if they tell you there isn't.
