A Casa da Mizi

Pros: I really enjoyed my two nights in this comfortable appartament. The support of signora Maria and her daughter was priceless, when my flight to Praia was changed and I arrived to the appartament only around 1.00am.

Perfect stay in Praia ♡

Pros: Great and very beautiful room in a nice apartment. Everything very comfortable, very clean and perfectly located :) Good communication and Maria organised a transfer to the airport for us in the middle of the night! We loved our stay! Thank you for everything!

Top location, friendly host, all you need!

Pros: We booked A Casa Da Mizi for our first 2 nights in Cape Verde and we would come back there immediately. Adelaide was very sweet with us even if we could not speak any Portuguese nor French. The room was spacious and it had air conditioning. They provided coffee, tea, appliances in the shared kitchen, which is also useful to keep your water cold. 300 m away there is a nice bakery cafe for tasty breakfast. Perfect location in the centre of old Praia (Plateau), in a quiet street and close to Ferry (35 minutes walking) and Airport.

Cons: It is not a negative point but just to be aware that it is a basic accommodation, yet comfortable. One cannot expect luxury, otherwise go to a resort. We were happy with airco, hot water, and comfortable bed.

Excellent location helpful host.

Pros: The location is great, very near the CV Interilhas office for buying ferry tickets. The host is very helpful and responsive.

Cons: It got rather hot in our room.

Pros: Everything was excellent! The room was spacious with a private external bathroom, and I also had access to the shared spaces, especially the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything you might need. The location is close to the city center and all the main attractions, and the surrounding area feels very safe. Madame Maria is a wonderful host, very kind and always happy to answer my questions. She even arranged a taxi to pick me up from the airport, which was very helpful.

Pros: The seaview is breathtaking. Top notch cleanliness by any standard.

Cons: Comfortable enough for long or short stay. Reasonably priced and the location is excellent.

Lovely place in Plateau

Pros: Perfectly located in a quiet area or Pleteau, this apartment has all you need for a few days in Praia. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and very quiet air-conditioning. We found two complimentary bottles of water in the room, which was a very nice detail. The bathroom was right in front of our room, and despite not being en-suite, it was only for us to use, big and very clean. The shared kitchen has plenty of tools and equipment and the flat has a little terrace too. Maria, the manager, was very attentive and always available on the phone. She arranged a late pick up at night for us, allowed us to check in at 10 pm and the driver was helpful and gave us some nice tips. Overall, a very good experience!

Pros: Cozy apartment in great location right downtown in the old city. Excellent host who helps whenever possible, which is of high value for foreign visitors. Highly recommendable!

Easy, nice and safe

Pros: Great, clean and safe location, big room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Easy and flexible to adapt to my flight timetables leaving my backpack in a safe place. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it!
