Minor complaints, overall very good

Pros: Very good location, rooftop pool, our room had a rooftop terrace and 2 other balconys. Our apartment was very big (2 bedrooms). It exceeded our expectations. For short stay very good.

Cons: Could be cleaner. Water does not go down very well in shower. Safe was locked could not use but its a small thing because we only stayes 2 nights. The pub downstairs can be quite loud but it didnt bother us too much. Church bells 😁 towels were very hard not soft and there was no hand towel.

Pros: Staff and people around. It’s very central, and it’s good value for money with pool and everything. I’m coming back!

Pros: Exceptional room: high ceiling, spacious, clean, hot water with good pressure. Nothing wrong. A must if you visit Santa Maria, just behind the main touristic road.

Pros: We had a fantastic holiday and the accommodation was perfect for us. It was close to all amenities, 5 minutes walk from the centre and about 5 minutes from the beach, it was also cleaned everyday. Leila at the reception was brilliant, very informative and helped us book all the trips and activities for the whole week, she was a great help.

Great place to base your self in Santa maria

Pros: The place was very clean and had a very good location and view. They were very helpful with our checkout as we had a laye flight. We were able to store our luggage in their brother hotel and use the beach , pool and a shower. Totally helped is out, I recommend them fully.

Cons: A bit of confusion on the message exchange on where to meet for the keys, other than that all good.

Bene ma non benissimo

Pros: Posizione centralissima, camera ampia e pulita, pur fermandoci solo 2 notti ci hanno rifatto la camera

Cons: Problemi con il check in, non c'era nessuno alla reception, siamo riusciti a risolvere grazie ai ragazzi locali che lavorano per il patio ma non per l'agenzia che affitta le camere. La prenotazione era per due persone e in bagno c'era solo un asciugamano (non il set per una persona, un solo asciugamano e basta!)

Pros: La possibilita per una famiglia di avere un appartamento ad un prezzo molto accessibile, ad esempio tre persone possono stare benissimo in questo appartamento cuccinare iin casa senza spendere troppo

Cons: la televisione che non era stata programmata

Pros: Mi è piaciuto molto la zona della struttura, la camera molto bella e spaziosa, la pulizia

Cons: La confusione che c era di notte

Pros: Personnel à l'accueil très agréable, personnel de ménage au top

Cons: L'appartement devait comprendre un micro onde que nous n'avions pas
