Pros: The location is good – the Plateau is just a 10-minute walk away via an overpass, and there's a small supermarket right across the street. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; there's nothing they won't assist with. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar is very nice too. Breakfast is great, with the kitchen staff prepares additional dishes on request alongside the buffet options.

Nice place to stay with great rooftop
Pros: A nice driver picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the port after our stay, totally hasslefree. The staff was very friendly and helpful, though sometimes we had a language barrier. The room was basic, but clean, with a small balcony and a comfy bed. We loved the breakfast at the rooftop!
Cons: Our wardrobe door could not be openend, but we didnt want to unpack our backpacks anyway, so that was no problem.

A good place to stay when visiting cidade da Praia
Pros: Good location, close to the main market, and the main city centre (plateau). Area with many supermarkets and restaurants to choose from. Great breakfast in terms of options and variety, and quality. The staff is friendly.
Cons: Some staff do not speak the local language (Portuguese or Creole), which made me speak English the whole stay. Price is medium to high for what it offers and compared to similar hotels in the area. The area can be a bit unsafe at night to walk around.

Well recommend hotel.
Pros: What a great wee hotel, dined in open roof restaurant, fantastic food, everything home made, cakes and iceream delicious. Breakfast lovely as well, and staff just delightful.
Cons: Booking.com mentioned taxi from airport should be €4/5, it's not, flat fare off €15 regardless of local distance travelled.

Pros: Very friendly staff, a comfortable bed, a great shower and a good breakfast. It was within walking distance to the big market with ATM's nearby.
Cons: The airport pick up was late and the hotel did not have a whats app number for us to check what was happening.

very friendly, enjoyable and quiet stay near the center of Praia.
Pros: Privately-run small hotel with simple rooms but with sufficient space, comfortable beds, large bathroom with amenities, very clean, good air conditioning. Very good breakfast on the rooftop with plenty of choice, from fresh fruit to eggs, homemade cake, yogurts, etc. The rooftop also serves lunches and dinners. Quiet bar on the ground floor with good prices. The hotel is within walking distance of the center (Plateau) and the large daily market (Sucupira). Owner and staff are really attentive, helpful and very friendly. Owner arranges for tours, booking restaurants, renting a car, anything you need. Makes you feel at home!

A nice place for discovering Praia.
Pros: The location, not far from the airport and the Plateau is great. The room is comfortable and nice. The members of the hotel staff are just wonderful, super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast and dinner are served on the rooftop terrace.
Cons: The hotel is situated on a busy street, so rather noisy but all goes quiet after 10 pm. The rooftop terrace, even though nice, was a bit cold and windy especially for dinner.
