A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly staff

Pros: our room with a lovely seaview the restaurant/bar by the sea staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons: Our lunch by the pool took more than one hour to prepare, although there were only a few customers

The perfect place to stay at Cidade da Praia!

Pros: The location is perfect! The best view, on top of the sea! O love how they managed to mix the tradition of the building with modern confort!

Cons: The gym is in great need of upgrading and a/c. The door is locked and not easy to open with the key.

Pros: I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is nicely located, the pool is stunning, and the restaurants offer delicious food. The views from the bar are beautiful. My room was modern, clean, and comfortable.

Cons: The only minor drawback was that the gym's only exercise machine was out of order.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The dinners we ordered in the restaurant were very good.

Cons: Everything was good. They should provide bottled water since the tap water is not potable

I would have problems to recommend the hotel very noisy and some rooms are not salubre

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. Lunch and dinner were not served at the hotel. Pool was nice, but with not enough place in the shade. The replacement room we received, a junior suit was new and very nice.

Cons: The hotel lost our reservation, then they gave use a room that in really bad shape, no water in the toilet, water on the floor due to infiltration of the bathroom. \

Pros: Good breakfast, convenient at the pool and nice personnel. Temperature in November is perfect but it can be a little windy.

Cons: Besides the pool, the restaurants at 5 minutes walk and the nice little beach at 300 metres from the hotel there is not so much activity in the direct vincinity of the hotel.

Pros: although an old complex, it is maintained quite well by the top-10 staff, from reception to arrival the staff was very friendly and eager to help us. Some rooms require serious repairs. The cleaning staff is very diligent. At breakfast the ladies were extraordinary, the food very good and varied! a successful vacation!
