Pousada Praia Maria

Pros: Location is perfect and staff is great and very helpfull. Also everything is very clean. We asked to have a room with outdoor window and it was provided.

Cons: The blind of the rooms was very ineffective. Everyday we had sun at 7am at our room. Sometimes it took a long time to get hot water but that was not a major issue.

Pros: Centrally situated. Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms.

Cons: The noise from the street in the morning and evening.

Great location for a stopover in Praia. Spotless rooms. Breakfast only average.

Cons: A little noisy in the evening being right near restaurants music. Breakfast across the way was a little limited and slow.

Pros: Second time at this guesthouse, great location and clean rooms with good AC and bathroom facilities.

Cons: Confusion with breakfast this time, unclear instructions given on which places we can go to with the voucher and the restaurants appeared understaffed and very busy, saw several tourists leave as did not have time to wait for breakfast when travelling the same morning. Hopefully this is a short term issue as last time this was not a problem 🤞🏻 great place to stay in Praia for a stop over.

Pros: Very nice hotel, nice staff and great location in Praia. Good starting point for a Cabo vacation :) Definitely recommend the location.

Cons: Only one thing: Some flights arrive in Praia late night, after everything is closed. It would be great if the hotel could offer some refreshments: water, soda & beer. We were quite thirsty arriving at midnight. Had to wait until the next morning to get some water.

Pros: One of my favourite places in Praia, this boutique hotel is close to all relevant offices and access to restaurants, bars etc. the hotel has its unique arts pieces, design, and atmosphere.

Claudia is the best.

Pros: Perfect for a work or leisure trip, great breakfast. The staff is nice and attentive, specially Claudia. The WiFi could be better.

Great central location for overnight stop

Pros: Just in the pedstrian street in front of casa katchupa. Big room for 2 adults and a kid. Always somebody at the reception. Their taxi driver Albert is always spot on time, even before time. The WIFI is great in the lobby, does not reach well the last rooms. Very practical for an overnight stop!

Wonderful location but some dogs making noise at night

Pros: BEST possible location. On the Plateau - the best part of the city. On the pedestrian street - the best street on the plateau AND at the best part of this street right by good restaurants and winderful live music. Remember that most rooms have windows facing inwards to a big common room but this gave no problems for me.

Cons: Nothing - except for dogs barking loudly at night
