Pros: I didnt like waiting at the reception for check-in, everything else was ok

Great holidays

Pros: Everything was well organized, a lot of events, the food was delicious and there was a lot of it for every meal. We had 3 dinner reservations in the different restaurants during our stay, and it was quite refreshing to try something new. The staff was amazing, everyone was very helpful and kind, and that really enhanced the good atmosphere. The rooms were also cleaned every day. We had a nice holiday and rest, everything was already thought of, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The resort is very close to the city so it’s very convenient visiting it, during the day or night, since it’s a 5 minutes walk.

Cons: We initially had booked a comfort bungalow, but we were placed in a room in the main building. It wasn’t bad but an information before we arrived would be nice.

Amazing hotel

Pros: Loved the location. Very close to the city center. The hotel has a very nice beach. Amazing food. I would definitely come back!

THE BEST

Pros: Amazing breakfast, a lot of options, and staff really nice always ready to help with everything we need. The best hotel I have been so far. My flight was late and they offer us a room to have a shower for 30 min at the end of the day.

Cons: The Wi-Fi was not the best but was really something I can deal quite well 😊

Great place to stay in Sal, if you’re looking to relax for a week

Pros: Right on a beautiful beach; food was much better than expected (considering past reviews). Staff was helpful and kind; facilities are a bit outdated but i think they are apropriare considering the cost; it felt like a great place to just relax and not worrying about anything. I kind of agree with the poor quaity of alcohol but hey, if you can have as much as you want and you’re not paying a ridiculous price, I guess you should expect this; even then, we had plenty of cocktails and enjoyed them very much

Cons: Sometimes the main buffet was overcrowded and people didn’t behave properly, which is surprising considering that there was never a shortage of food. but i guess that says more about the guest than the hotel :)

Excellent for a single traveler. I felt welcome and very safe.

Pros: A lovely place to stay, and was perfect for a single traveler. A good room overlooking the pool but always quiet. Restaurants were excellent and the food impressive. Very helpful staff and cheerful service. Lots of different places to go whether you like relaxing, being on a beach drinking in the shade, swimming, gym - it was all there. Very generous cocktails!

We had a fabulous relaxing stay and were well looked after. Will happily return!

Pros: The hotel was very clean with good bed linen and towels. Food very good and varied. Improvements are being made where and when required. The three swimming pools are well maintained and very clean. Staff excellent. Location to the beach is fabulous.

Cons: The barman at the main pool bar was not polite and needs to cheer up or move on!

Cons: Os espaços comuns precisam mesmo de ser recuperados. O espaço do buffet não é confortável, as piscinas estão gastas, as mobilias exteriores e interiores são antigas.

Pros: A localização é super conveniente, a praia fica mesmo em frente do Hotel. As piscinas são ótimas, o Hotel fornece toalhas diariamente. A comida é muito boa e variada. Sumos, águas, cafés e muito mais tudo incluido só pedir no Bar da piscina. Os bungalows são muito confortáveis e limpos, têm bastante privacidade com varanda e tudo.

Pros: Experiência 5 estrelas do início ao fim. Chegámos e no mesmo dia à noite reparamos que a água do nosso quarto não era muito quente, fomos logo comunicar a receção que se mostrou muito interessada em resolver o problema mas que naquela noite já nada havia a fazer, para voltarmos no dia seguinte, assim o fizemos, fizeram nos upgrade para um quarto superior tudo sem problemas, resolvido muito rápido e com muito boa disposição do staff. No último dia foi incrível, pois pudemos ficar no quarto até às 3 e poderíamos aproveitar o serviço all inclusive até às 22. A comida era incrível e tinha opções para toda a gente, ninguém fica excluído, as bebidas também eram muito boas e não houve problema nenhum com o gelo. Em geral foi tudo perfeito desde a segurança na concessao na praia, simpatia do staff, limpeza, comida.. foi tudo incrível, ficamos bastante surpreendidos pela positiva!
