Wonderful property catering all age groups, offering complete stress free all inclusive vacation

Pros: It’s humongous… never seen such a big resort.. still not a rush anywhere due to so many pools n activities.. water park, kids play area, private beach, - you name it, it has it. The best part is though boulevard - an area is restaurants, shops and sports bar. The property is very well maintained to make the stay comfortable and absolutely stunning. Truly Cabo verde style No Stress.

Cons: Minor things - The property is from 2014 which is visible at some areas e.g. the doors of the bathrooms.

Yes but a different room next time

Pros: This is a very large hotel but it's set out so there are quieter areas if you want them, 4 large pools but some have music or entertainment, others serve food, all serve drinks. The restaurant is massive but there's a smaller one which we preferred between pool 3 & 4. We were there during Halloween, the entertainment team and the catering team all made a massive effort to ensure it was a special evening. Hotel has good security with someone checking bands at all exit points, beach is stunning and there's a large open top double decker bus to take you to Santa Maria twice in the morning and once in the afternoon, it's worth a look and although you'll get asked to buy anything and everything they're ok with a polite no thanks

Cons: We queued to book one of the extra/free restaurant options but they told us the wrong day so we missed our booking We paid for a pool view room but the view was obstructed by trees and the balcony didn't get any sun Our bathroom door didn't close due to water leaking into it, we asked multiple times but it wasn't fixed, had to use the bin and a bottle of water to hold it closed if privacy needed as there was a mirror with a great view from the loo to the bed too!!!

Great hotel, shame about the cleaning.

Pros: Love how friendly the staff was and they also gave us a free update which we loved.

Cons: How we had to ask the cleaning staff 3 times to clean our room and change our towels and bedding(which they didnt do). So had to complain to manager which then the cleaning staff only changed our bedding, no new towel. We was there from the thurs till tues and they finally cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels monday afternoon.

Relaxed but mosquitoes had a feast on my legs

Pros: Clean , mostly friendly staff , plenty of pools , Lots of restaurants to choose from. Hotel leads straight out on to the beautiful sandy beach. Free bus to get to town ( minutes away)

Cons: Lift on our side was out of action the whole time of our stay.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I will recommend this hotel.

Pros: The fact that we were level members. The only adults pool. The beach, breakfast and drinks. Also the staff was very friendly. I also liked the activities and programs

Cons: I didn’t loved the food, the buffet food could be better

Great all inclusive resort

Pros: Well equipped gym, room was spacious, comfortable bed, balcony, living room, big bathroom. Sea nearby, snorkeling opportunity to see a lot of marine life. Very polite and pleasant staff.

Cons: Hard to get a chair close to the pool for a short stay, they allow guests to reserve with towels from early morning occupying more than strictly necessary, meaning some guests did not get a hamaca. The restaurants that require prior booking were half empty but it was impossible to book in a 5 night stay. Mosquitos inside. Internet /wifi was weak everywhere, barely managed to check-in for my flight.

Pros: The rooms were clean and were cleaned every day . The property is close to Santa Maria where you do most activities It has a private beach which is really good and sandy Activities throughout the course of the day were good The Friday All White party is the best The activity team are brilliant Staff are very pleasant and helpful The A La Carte Restaurants were great

Cons: 1) It’s a struggle to book a la Carte Restaurants such that we only used a la Carte for 2 nights out of a 7 night stay 2) Mosquitoes. There is so much mosquito. We sustained severe mosquitoe bites . The hotel may need to consider putting mosquito repellents and coils in the rooms

Pros: The atmosphere was great during the day near the pool and the buffet meal was not bad at all

Cons: Some things could be renovated or repaired such as the pool where ceramic tiles are missing

Pros: A lot of pools, different restaurants, staff was super nice and always happy and smiling, room was great.

Cons: Breakfast could be improved and more fruit as well
