Can’t ask for more at this beautiful island, this hotel and Sal r the perfect match!

Pros: Everything! If you really want to relax and don’t worry about anything this is the place. No regrets, surprises only! Staff was so amazing, thank you all, Arnilda, Suzete, Amelia, Bruno, Yannick Carvalho and team can’t thank you enough for all you did on my big day!

Really enjoyed our relaxing break in the sun

Pros: Lovely resort, helpful staff and food was great, esp breakfast in the hotel and dinner in the bounty restaurant!

Cons: Nothing.

Good place to stay in Sal

Pros: The Hilton is a nice hotel. Beach is large and no problem to have a chair. Pool area is nice - less windy - more crowded.

Cons: Choice of restaurant is limited. Buffet restaurant is ok, the a la carte Restaurant is nice but very limited menu.

Unforgettable holiday!

Pros: Beautiful property with incredible staff. Everybody we dealt with was so professional and wanted to help. We had an amazing stay The buffet at breakfast is one of the best ones we have experienced. Spacious room, stunning pool, great gym equipment and the free fitness sessions. The yoga teacher was the best!

Cons: A lighter bed duvet but that is only a personal opinion. The buffet is very generous, too generous actually, with many people overloading their plates and wasting food. Maybe the hotel should use desert plates , or smaller ones

Pros: Location, new hotel, big pool, nice atmosphere, beatiful dinner and breakfast Big beach, fashion restaurant at the beach Nice friendly staff. Best hotel in Cabo Verde, believe me, I travel a lot

Cons: City rarely has electro jumps. So 2 times electricity dissapeared for 1 minutes. As I was webinar star — for me it was an issue

Delightful, Relaxing Stay...

Pros: Beautiful hotel, excellent Front Desk and Guest Relations staff, welcoming, empathetic and generally efficient general staff, lovely facilities, comfortable rooms, good accessibility, quality entertainment, varied and copious breakfast buffet, beautiful big pool, beach...and the excellent Bounty Restaurant right on the beach.

Cons: Some staff members could do with a bit more training. Several in the main breakfast & dining area were extremely slow and 'forgetful'! We constantly had to remind them of requests, e.g. for clean cutlery, napkins, water, etc. No beverages, not even water, are included in the price of the dinner buffet. The buffet itself could have more daily variety - not the same dishes every evening. There is a serious problem of small, but very bold birds 'scavenging', especially at breakfast, and even landing and sitting on some of the food on the buffet! Not sure how to fix this problem in a humane way, but they are truly off-putting! The very shallow end of the big and beautiful pool, right next to the bar, could pose a serious risk to small children and non-swimmers. The shallow part ends abruptly with a sudden drop to a depth beyond the height of children and even some adults, without any barrier or warning sign. The Spa area is very small. By the time we realised this, we were not able to book to use our complimentary spa visits as there were no convenient slots left. Pity!

Pros: Ambience, great pool, excellent breakfast, location and friendly staff

A Wonderful Stay with Heartwarming Service (but Wi-Fi by the Pool Needs Help!)

Pros: We recently stayed at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by the exceptional staff — warm, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. From check-in to the daily interactions with the housekeeping and reception teams, their dedication and friendliness made a real difference in our stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. Rooms were spotless, common areas well maintained, and even the smallest details were clearly taken care of. It’s clear that hygiene and guest comfort are high priorities here.

Cons: The only downside — and the reason for the missing fifth star — was the poor Wi-Fi connection near the pool area. While it worked well indoors and in the room, the signal near the pool was weak and often unusable. Not a major issue for everyone, but worth noting for those who like to stay connected while lounging outside.

Paradise

Pros: Perfect location, more priviate and a bit far a way from center but still with good walking distance that is so nice to go. Perfect garden and really nice pool. With beautiful access directly to the beach and ocean. Tasty breakfast with variety of choices. Nice restaurants with local specialties and great staff attention to guests. We have a perfect vacation stay. SPA area very clean with nice sauna and massage offers. 24/7 access to well equipped gym

Amazing stay and memories made

Pros: Our first stay at Hilton resort - very memorable experience, staff members went above and beyond 10/10. Super nice towel lady and waiters!
