Very pleasant but expected more for the money

Pros: Great facilities and good entertainment. Sundowners at the beach bar was amazing with great music. Generally good vibes whether you want to participate in every activity or just be left alone.

Cons: Beds are really uncomfortable. Lack of food variety. Staff could be friendly (they seem pained to help you) but very special shout out to Yonglei Gao and Lili in the salon. They made our stay extra special and broke the norm.

Perfect for relaxation, sun and great food

Pros: The properly was really nice. Great location, short transfer from the airport. Beautiful beach. It didn’t look quite like the photos. Slightly dated As a vegan all inclusive is often an issue but the food was outstanding. Soo many options. Lots of fresh salad and fruit

Cons: The staff were not that friendly. I would often say good morning and they blanked me which was odd. Too be picky the soft drinks in the main restaurant were not fizzy at all or cold

Amazing

Pros: The Hotel is located on the beach. Water bottles provided for free in the fridges to take at your convenience. Food is amazing, plated as in a high-end restaurant. More than enough sun lounges on the beach. Beach bar is very convenient. Plenty of exercise classes and gym is available. Entertainment is almost every night. Would definitely recommend. Wi-fi even works on the beach😀

Excellent hotel

Pros: The hotel is excellent. The facilities are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious and had a good variety throughout the 10 days that we stayed there. They have many activities options. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We would definitely recommend the hotel for a relaxing vacation.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: The facilities are great. Nice beach area, we really enjoyed the vibe of the sunset. The atmosphere is calm and really enables to unwind. The all inclusive buffet was creative and good, with new additions every day. Great program for sport and well equipped gym.

Sports, Sun and Spa

Pros: Extraordinary sports offer, very good food and spa, kind staff, comfortable rooms. I was most surprised by a very large and novative sports offer, from yoga to HIT, with very good trainers. Food offer was very good too, and daily sauna at the end of the day was the cherry on the cake. Evenings in February were too cold for us to attend evening events but they seemed very nice too. We appreciated a lot that hotel managed to extend our stay in despite of high demand. Even though majority of staff and guests are German, everyone speaks English and made us feel comfortable.

Cons: Wind was too strong some days (February) but one could always find a shelter from the wind.

Excellent stay on beautiful beach, fantastic staff

Pros: Excellent from arrival. Spacious beautifully kept grounds Staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful. Wide range of activities every day and easy to book through the app Lovely varied food, good selection of drinks in all inclusive and different entertainment each evening

Cons: Would be good to have the inclusive cocktails available at the beach bar as at all the other bars in the hotel? Not sure why this was the case

Excellent winter sun destination. So much fitness.

Pros: Food really good but does get a bit same old after a week. Great views from restaurant though. Loved all the fitness. Spin studio is out of this world as is beach training location

Amazing hotel in Sal

Pros: The hotel is very new and located in one of the best beach in Sal. The food is super delicious, varied and simple perfect. They have a lot of work out classes that are awsome, the quality is the same as a very good gym. The beach yoga is incredible! The rooms are new and are extremly confortable. And the staff is super nice, and communicative. I really liked that the staff ate at the buffet with the guests, it really shows they care about the employees.

Cons: For the price I was expecting a bit more commodities, but nothing that stands out. the only suggestion would be to have snacks in the beach bar, as there is only food at the restaurant and it’s a bit of a stretch from the beach

Pros: Lovely hotel. Loads to do . All staff very attentive l cannot remember most names thanks Raefela and Caetano in the restraunt great service .

Cons: The good quality drinks u have to pay There's no privacy in the bathrooms .
