Beach Villa am Praia de Chaves

A lovely sunny, though sometimes very windy, break at the end of January.

Pros: Self cateering apartment. Frank, the owner, was very helpful and drove us into the nearby town for supplies. He was always very quick to respond to any queries.

Cons: It wasn't possible to walk to a restaurant in the evening. There was one nearby but it was only occasionally open in the evening, though it was a nice place for lumch during the day.

Very nice vacation!

Pros: Frank is a great host and made sure we had a great stay! He helped with a lot of stuff and if we asked anything he tried his best. The house is very confortable and is in a quiet area next to the beach

Cons: I stayed for 11 days and even then it felt too short :(

Pros: The location is amazing(litteraly on the beach) to enjoy sunrise/sunset peacefully and relax ! And the owner is really nice and helpful !

Cons: There is not much around (no supermarket and only one restaurant) so you need to take a 10 euro taxi to the city and back every time you need something

Pros: Our stay in Praia de Chaves was nice. The apartment was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. The balcony was especially nice, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The garden was absolutely beautiful and adding to the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the place. One of the best parts of the stay was how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy Praia de Chaves every day. Frank is a very good Host. He is very welcoming and friendly, explained everything clearly before our arrival and made us feel comfortable.

Cons: The pillows The kitchen needs renovating as it is quite run down and the utensils are very basic.

Pros: No I had a wonderful stay at Beach Villa in Praia de Chaves. The Villa itself is beautiful – built with natural stone and wood, it blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. There’s a lovely patio where I could relax at any time of day, surrounded by lush plants and the sound of the ocean in the background. It felt like a little oasis. Frank was an amazing host – warm, welcoming, and always available. He made me feel truly at home from the very beginning. The location is unbeatable: right on one of the most stunning beaches of Boa Vista, in a quiet and safe area, just a few minutes from the airport and only 10 minutes from Sal Rei. Every morning, I enjoyed a rich and delicious breakfast in the patio. This place is perfect for anyone looking to disconnect, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of the island. Highly recommended!

Just amazing!

Pros: It was so nice! Just perfect if you're looking for a beautiful and quiet place. Beautifully built and decorated, and comfortable cos not too big En well equipped. An amazing terrace, nice little kitchen... I did not like the pillows though... Direct acces to a peaceful beach where you can swim.

Great host and staff and very quiet property

Pros: The apartment is nicely decorated and the host Frank and his staff Marco were very friendly and helpful. Really glad I visited here. Frank gave me a great welcome and lots of information and advice about the islands of Cabo Verde. He also took me to his family restaurant in Sal Rei, where the food is handmade and very tasty. Thanks guys!

Cons: I wish I had stayed for longer than 2 nights. Next time!

Pros: L'emplacement était génial une vue magnifique entourée de verdure avec du personnel très sympathique et accueillant malgré la barrière de la langue

Cons: Il est un peu compliqué pour se faire a manger vu la problématique des courses mais cela ne vient en aucun ternir la location puisque sinon tout est fonctionnel
